南亚净利增加33%

（吉隆坡3日讯）由于脱售土地，南亚（Astino，7162，主板工业产品股）截至今年10月31日止首季净利按年增加33.27%至734万2000令吉，上财年同期为550万9000令吉。

南亚首季营业额也随着产品需求增加，而按年扬升15.32%至1亿1986万令吉，上财年同期为1亿393万9000令吉。

该公司首季录得5.54仙每股盈利，上财年首季为4.27仙。

全球经济趋弱，以及本地钢铁领域的赚幅料被压缩之际，南亚将继续探讨生产新金属建材产品的可能性，进军国内外新市场。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡2日讯）南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业股）建议1送1比例，派出1亿3705万9000股红股，每股面值0.50令吉，以提高公司的缴足资本和回馈股东。        

根据文告，在完成红股计划后，公司的缴足资本（截至5月19日止）將从6852万9500令吉或1亿3705万9000股，最高增至1亿3705万9000令吉，或2亿7411万8000股，最少至1亿3573万5540令吉，或2亿7147万1080股。

同时，南亚也建议，提高公司註册股本，从1亿令吉或相等於2亿股，扩大至2亿令吉或4亿股。配合上述活动，南亚也將修改公司章程。【东方网财经】

南亚Q3 净利扬15%

（吉隆坡27日讯）产品需求增加，带动南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）截至4月30日第三季业绩，净利录得15%增长。

根据文告，第三季净利报1040万7000令吉，或每股7.67仙；去年同期则为907万9000令吉，或6.66仙。

同时，营业额从1亿2547万5000令吉，年跌1.14%，报1亿2690万令吉。

南亚1亿拓养鸡舍业务 放眼15%营收比重

（吉隆坡18日讯）南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）明年计划拨出1亿令吉，扩展槟城的养鸡舍（Agro-House）业务。

南亚执行主席兼总执行长吴培腾（译音）向《星报》表示，计划设立另一个多系统农房生产设施，冀将该业务的营业额贡献在两年内提高至15%。

该公司主要生产屋顶材料，养鸡舍目前仅占全年营业额的10%，主要出口至菲律宾及印尼。

“我们要更专注于养鸡舍，因为住宅建筑领域已开始放缓，导致屋顶产品的需求走弱。”

新厂将投产

南亚在雪兰莪武吉柏伦东（Bukit Beruntung）线圈厂房预计会在2至3个月内投入营运。

“这是我们在武吉柏伦东的第二家厂房，也是国内的第七家。”

一旦全面投入营运，估计每月会捎来400万至500万令吉。

他预计本财年业绩表现可增长7%至8%。

“虽然住宅建筑活动走缓，惟我们仍可维持工厂项目的销售。”

随着消费税（GST）即将开跑，他认为住宅建筑活动将放缓。

因此，该公司将推出新屋顶产品，和其他商业大楼广泛使用的建材，以减轻负面影响。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡30日讯）赚幅改善，南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）末季净利报794万1000令吉，按年增幅近35%，相当于每股净赚2.92仙。

该公司去年末季净利报590万令吉，相当于每股盈利2.16仙。

南亚末季营业额报1亿2618万7000令吉，按年扬升2.5%，相较去年末季的1亿2307万1000令吉。

该公司同时建议终期派息每股2.91仙，并将在来临的股东大会寻求通过。

不过，因存货价值减值，导致南亚全年净赚2899万9000令吉，按年下跌8.2%。
