公司向马交易所报备，该贷款将用作公司营运开销；而利达则担任公司担保人。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司Tan Tech-Polymer私人有限公司（簡稱TTPSB）獲得興業銀行（RHB Bank）提供的融資，總值169萬6000令吉，前者將成為是項貸款的企業擔保。

上述貸款主要是用以作為一個工廠及兩層樓高的店屋部分融資額，另外也充作TTPSB的營運資本。
