CAB機構錄710萬重估盈餘

（吉隆坡23日訊）CAB機構（CAB，7174，主要板消費）獲董事局批准，在重估資產后獲得的710萬8000令吉盈余，將納入公司收益並調整資產合理價。

CAB機構向馬證交所報備，早前重估公司投資房產，重估反映了公司永久土地和建築，以及長期租用地和建築的合理價格。

重估后，公司投資房產的合理價為5482萬7000令吉，較重估前高出710萬8000令吉。這筆盈余已獲股東批准納入公司收益。

根據CAB機構的報備文件，調整合理價后，公司每股淨資產增加50仙。[中国报财经]

佳节推高销售 CAB 机构次季净利看俏

（吉隆坡2日讯）CAB机构（CAB，7174，主板消费产品股）相信，截至3月31日的2014财年次季，销售和净利按年将出现强劲增长。

CAB机构执行董事蔡云鹏表示，在12月和2月佳节期间，家禽价格扬升和销售提振，是推动强劲增长的动力来源。

他向《星报》表示，疲弱令吉表现导致进口饲料价格走扬，影响家禽价格。

目前，生鸡价格每公斤超越5令吉，去年8月在4.80令吉至5令吉水平。

700万增3超市

蔡云鹏表示，CAB机构目标是在年末要将生鸡销售从每月300万只，增至380万。

“在大马，每个月生鸡销售有4300万至5000万只。”

CAB机构位于Sungai Petani、投资4000万令吉自动家禽加工厂在1月开始动工，料能整合位于吉隆坡、Bukit Mertajam、Alor Star和浮罗交怡肉类加工活动。

CAB机构旗下加工食品业务，如加工鱼和熟鸡销售至中东、香港和印尼增长约10%。

蔡云鹏表示，去年共售出5000万令吉加工增值鱼类和鸡类商品至出口和本地市场。

“今年，我们希望加工食品业务销售能再增长10%。”

CAB机构将投入700万令吉，在吉兰丹和Padang Serai增设3家Pasar Raya Jaya Gading超级市场，以将旗下超级市场数量增至8家。【南洋网财经】
