（吉隆坡23日讯）新兴发资源（SHH，7412，主板消费产品股）以430万令吉，脱售位于柔佛麻坡的土地和厂房。

新兴发资源今天向马交所报备，旗下独资子公司———SHH家具工业私人有限公司，与May Quality工业私人有限公司，签署买卖协议。

公司脱售的土地坐落在柔佛麻坡，拥有永久地契，占地1.262公顷，并建有一栋厂房，建筑面积为7738.54平方米。

新兴发资源估计，脱售完成后，可入账206万1252令吉，以充作公司营运资本。[南洋网财经]

连涨两天新兴发接UMA

（吉隆坡22日讯）连续两天走高的新兴发资源（SHH，7412，主板消费股）今日接获大马交易所发出的异常交易活动询问（UMA），该公司答复询问时表示，除了股东的股权变动，以及业绩之外，並未发现任何可对其股价带来异动的原因。        

新兴发资源股价在週三出现涨停板水平，股价涨30仙或56%，至0.835令吉，成交量也从过去几天的零交易增长至320万6500股，引起交易所的关注。该股今早进一步走高，以0.89开跑之后，一度达到1.11令吉水平，在接获交易所的询问之后，稍微收窄涨幅至0.935令吉。

该股在午盘3点17分暂停交易至4点17分，以作出答复。股价在復牌后继续走高，最终收在1.05令吉的10年新高水平，涨幅为21仙，或25.75%，成交量为7972万股。

该公司在答复交易所的询问时表示，除了早前已经公佈的股东股权变动和业绩之外，並没有其他未公佈的企业消息，也未察觉有其他可对股价带来影响的传言。

该公司2014財政年第3季转亏为盈，取得376万令吉的净利，去年同期亏损16万8000令吉，营业额则从去年同期的2051万令吉，增至2673万令吉。

该公司大股东泛马资本（PMCap）今年4月至今，持续脱售股权，最后一次是在4月25日，在公开市场脱售新兴发资源18万6000股，將持股减至11.09%。【东方网财经】

億維雅覬覦新興發

（吉隆坡28日訊）消息指出，億維雅刨花板（HEVEA,5095,主板工業產品組）最近股價飆升，主要是受到有意收購木材家具公司──新興發資源（SHH,7412,主板消費品組）股權所激勵。

消息指出，目前兩家公司正在討論有關併購計劃的細節，包括是否以現金交易，或是換股方式進行。

目前為止，上述併購計劃如何架構仍然不明，包括億維雅是是全購新興發，或只是收購后者的資產與負債。

上述併購計劃可能綜合換股及現金支付，即億維雅發行新股給新興發的現有股東，以成為后者擴大資本后的股東之一。

新興發在柔佛州巴莪逾17公頃的全面綜合制造工廠設施，以及使用最新科技生產技術，使它可以應付客戶的大宗訂單，而此設施預料使億維雅的金馬士及芙蓉的工廠營運更具吸引力。

丹斯里李福龍為新興發的大股東，他直接持有該公司的5.57%股權，并是公司董事之一；而李福龍創立的國內最大廣告代理公司──NagaDDB有限公司則持有11.16%股權。

自今年2月以來，新興發的股價已經飆升了56%，至上周五收市時報1令吉38仙。這是否吸引李福龍趁高價賣出手中的股權，則是拭目以待。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）
