现在很多中国公司来马来做建筑。他们面对总总以下问题要我们帮忙。
a) Call quotation to supplier.
b) Ask sub-contractor to quote for sub-contract work.
c) together with you to deal with supplier to finalise best supply price.
d) tohether with you to dea with sub-contractor to final sub-contract sum.
e) Submit Claim to Developer's Consultant QS and Attend Site Valuation together.
f) Prepare payment certificate to sub-contractor.
g) Submit Variation Order Claim.
h) Taking Off Quantity for whole project follow Malaysia Taking Off Standard.
i) Calculate Qty from time to time to order material.
j) purchasing of material.
k) Advise on Term and Condition in Main Contract Document.
l) Comment on Term and Condition given by the Supplier.
m) Advise on Term and Condition to be imposed in Letter of Award to Sub-Contractor.
n) Draft Correspondence Letter to Varies Party. |
