（吉隆坡10日讯）配合上市马股创业板的计划，Reservoir Link私人有限公司宣布，与肯纳格Re投银签署包销协议，委任后者为首发股计划的主要顾问、独家承销商、配售代理和保荐行。



Reservoir Link将透过首发股计划发行5713万新股，并献售3100万股；上市计划已获监管当局批准。

其中，1825万股股票将开放给公众、合格董事、雇员，以及该公司合作伙伴认购，而肯纳格投银将作为这部分股票的承销商。

Reservoir Link董事经理兼总执行长拿督旺哈山透过文告指出，尽管当前全球经济动荡，但首发股计划仍是公司企业发展的重要里程碑。

“我们的行业目前受新冠肺炎（2019冠状病毒疾病）大流行和油价低迷的影响。但是，我们以前也曾经历过艰难的时期，我们一直设法克服这些艰苦的条件。”

同时，旺哈山指出，公司计划运用自身在油气领域的丰富经验和业绩，进一步发展公司业务，并增强财务状况。

即将于大马交易所创业板上市的油气服务公司──ReservoirLink能源有限公司执行董事田杰才指出，上市计划将可筹得2342万2000令吉资金，其中1000万令吉充当购买油井测试器材，以进一步扩大油气井服务业务。

他指出，另外，492万2000令吉将用作营运资本、500万令吉偿还银行贷款，其余350万令吉是上市费用。

田杰才日前在公司首次公开售股（IPO）新股推介招股书仪式上披露。

配合上市，该公司将公开发售5713万新股和献售3100万股，每股献售价41仙。该公司扩大股本2亿8500万股股票将全面上市。

田杰才指出，油气业目前受到冠状病毒病疫情和低油价环境的双重影响，但公司管理层以前也经历过艰难时期，并顺利渡过难关。该公司将不会忽视推动长期业务发展。

询及公司目前手持工程合约时，公司首席执行员兼董事经理拿督旺哈山莫哈末查利尔指出，公司的工程合约多以“随传随到”的方式进行，而该公司于2018及2019财政年的营业额分别达4509万及8003万1000令吉。

Reservoir Link能源是一家投资控股公司，子公司主要提供油井服务，包括射孔、堵漏、测试、清洗和电缆等。该公司首次公开售股活动，于本月25日开始供申请认购，截止日期为7月1日，预计7月15日上市。

Reservoir Link能源的大股东包括Reservoir Link控股私人有限公司（RL Holdings）和Pansar Bhd，分别持有46.08%和20%股权，上市后分别冲淡至36.84%和10.39%。

该公司今日发布文告指，独资的Reservoir Link将为Sepat9和10油井，进行3次射孔、冲洗和固井服务，合约将于今年底到期。

合约价值会根据工程交付表现而定。

RL能源刚刚在昨天上市筹集2342万2000令吉，其中1000万令吉将用来采购试井设备、492万令吉用作营运资本、500万令吉偿还银行贷款，其余供上市开销。
