据说已经被AO抓住，
搜出20多支手机，
还用偷车的钱租辆WIRA，
现在学校需要证据，
在INTI各个论坛已经看到很多举报，
目前这人还很经常在学校范围里活动，
请大家注意财产安全，

我们班人逃课去抓他的
我还以为已经回国了=.=
但他只是被赶出校而已。。。所以呆在这也不出奇啊！

当时刚好看到他在lab鬼鬼祟祟的搜人家的包包，他们就跟着他去

之后有人出来就发现东西不见了~他们就跟踪他。。。然后去AO举报他~
还好当时AO也答应让他们搜查他的房间，不过得等他回来
等了一整个下午，他回来了。。。但死命不承认是他做的！
直到朋友们吓他说已经报警了，他才肯让他们搜查他的房间
最后就发现到了贼货。。。

他们说这人很喜欢到Blk F偷东西，朋友的手机曾被他偷去，他们之前要求AO搜查他的房间，但AO还维护着这黑人。。。

不过那个是差不多一个月前的事了。。。

Students have also suggested that the accuse should be reported and sent to jail for at least 2 years. In this matter security has weighed the pros and cons and if this case was reported then the suspect will still be hanging around until the police investigations are over and as you know police investigations usually take months. Then we will have to wait for the court hearing which will again take a few months, a year or even longer. At the court hearing it all depends on the prosecution and finally the courts' decision of which we are not sure what it will be.The NADC has decided to sack the accuse and send him back to his country. If we wait for the decision of the court then the decision by the disciplinary committee of canceling the accused’s visa, sacking him from the college and deporting him will not be carried out as soon as possible or even be null and void .   As such the current line of action was the most suitable one. This will ensure that a potential thief will not be around .Security will not hide any decision made from students but will only announce it when directed or given the decision officially. This student’s decision was officially made known to security today i.e. 3073106 and that is why I can only state it today. Hope this will enlighten you about the above incident. I would also like to enlighten you that spot checks can be done but we have to take into consideration not to embarass the room resident, for many times spot checks were done where nothing was found and the room resident felt embarass because the students around will get as impression that the room resident is a person committing an offence whereas it is only a suspicion. Spot checks are also not advisable to be done late nights or in the wee hours of the morning. Again items lost a few days ago or even after a couple of hours are usually never found in the suspects room and it is not worth while conducting spot checks just on simple suspicion. So spot check is done  if there is really strong evidence pointing to a particular person or room. Spot checks are done by an AO officer or Resident fellow with the presence of a security personnel. Therefore if there is a request for a spot check or suspicion of stolen items in a room then security will relay the message to AO if it is during office hours and a resident fellow if after office hours. I hope this will contribute towards some understanding of the system concerning decisions taken and implemented after a hearing as well as some procedures taken into consideration before taking action on complaints by students. If you have any further enquires please do come to security office and I shall be able to explain further.
