（ 吉隆坡17日讯） 莫实得重工业（BHIC ） 表示， 旗下的联营公司--Contraves AdvancedDevices私人有限公司（简称CAD）获得莫实得海军造船私人有限公司（Boustead Naval Shipyard SdnBhd）颁发总值1695万欧元（约7068万令吉）的雷达电子支援测量系统和相关服务供应合约。

莫实得海军造船私人有限公司， 是莫实得重工业的联號公司， 同时也是莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）的子公司。

莫实得重工业今天发文告指出，其联营公司CAD接获莫实得海军造船私人有限公司的合约通知书，以便为大马皇家海军的濒海战斗舰，提供雷达电子支援测量系统（R-ESMs）和相关服务，总值1695万7500欧元。

文告表示，以上合约將为莫实得工业2014財政年业绩和接下来的业绩带来正面的贡献。【东方网财经】

寶實得重工業 第3季淨利挫35%

（吉隆坡5日訊）寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）本財年截至9月底第3季營業額按年微揚1%至8214萬令吉，淨利挫35%至1039萬令吉。

寶實得重工業今日發佈最新業績，本財年首3個季度營業額增3%至2億1281萬令吉，主要因當季平均租船率高，推動租船業務收入提高。此外，重工程業務也在天然氣發展計劃開始進行后，為公司營業額做出積極貢獻。

首9個月淨利按年下挫28%至2233萬令吉，主要因為聯營公司的業績不佳所拖累，后者因船舶修理項目成本超支，以及維修合約減少而影響聯營公司業績。

該公司執行副主席兼董事經理丹斯里阿末蘭里通過另個文告指出，當季為充滿挑戰的一個季度，儘管營業額獲得改善，但收益卻因聯營公司貢獻減少而走跌。

“展望未來，在保養、維修及精密檢查（MRO）活動推動下，重工程業務將持續帶動公司業績表現，再加上砂拉越天然氣發展計劃也會有相當不錯的進展。”【中国报财经】

莫实得重工业2.6亿合约 颁联营公司CAD

（吉隆坡12日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）宣布，联营公司Contraves Advanced Devices（简称CAD）获颁授权书，总值6307万8474欧元（约2.63亿令吉）。

根据文告，此授权书是由莫实得重工业子公司Boustead Naval Shipyard（简称BNS）颁出，主要供应战斗系统装备和相关服务。

值得注意的是，这是美国近海战舰（简称LCS）计划的相关合约，早前由我国政府颁给BNS。

BNS现颁发一项合约给CAD，以供应战斗系统装备和相关服务，预计会在11月28日或之前生效。

莫实得重工业预计，此授权书可贡献本财年及未来数个财年净利。

不过，今天股价却未受到激励，反之滑落2仙，或0.80%，收在2.49令吉。【南洋网财经】

莫实得重工业通过子公司BHIC国防科技私人有限公司，持有Contraves先进设备。

Contraves先进设备获得来自莫实得控股子公司--莫实得海事船坞私人有限公司的合约通知书，负责设计、建造、装置设施，试运、整合、测试及交付6艘有濒海战斗设备的第2代巡逻船。

这是大马政府颁发给莫实得海事船坞的合约。

莫实得重工获370万国防部合约

（吉隆坡9日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业股）今日宣布，其旗下全资子公司--BHIC国防科技服务，获大马国防部长颁发总值370万令吉的枪械零件维修和供应合约，为期3年。

根据文告指出，该合约的枪械包括76或62毫米奥托梅莱拉枪（Oto Melara）、40或70毫米的奥托布雷达枪（OtoBreda）、30毫米的奥托布雷达枪和102毫米的闪光弹。

除此之外，大马国防部和莫实得重工业將会在稍后，进行正式的签约仪式，日期待定。

（吉隆坡26日訊）由於化學船未再撥備及融資成本略減，莫實得重工（BHIC,8133,主板工業產品組）截至2014年12月31日第四季虧損收窄至448萬4千令吉，前期虧損為2千805萬5千令吉。

全年揚17.71%

全年淨利上升17.71%，至1千785萬令吉。

第四季營業額1億2千零1萬2千令吉，上升7.49%，全年營業額上升4.32%至3億3千282萬3千令吉。

根據公司文告，管理層表示，未來有意謹慎擴張油氣業務，墨菲砂拉越天然氣發展計劃的工程預期在2015上半年竣工。租船成本可望降低及重工業務表現將來自國防相關維修、維護與翻修（MRO）服務。（星洲日報／財經）

莫实得938万购AHSC

（吉隆坡18日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业股）子公司--莫实得重工业国防科技私人有限公司（简称BHICDT）与大马空中巴士直升机私人有限公司（简称AHM）签署股权买卖协议和联营协议。

上述协议是在大马提供EC225和725直升机飞行员，模擬全自动飞行培训服务。

该公司表示，上述联营协议中，AHM將持有空中巴士直升机模擬中心私人有限公司（Airbus Helicopters Simulation Centre，简称AHSC）的70%股权，而另30%股权则是BHICDT持有。

「BHICDT公司將以938万令吉向AHM收购AHSC30%的股权。」莫实得重工业表示，此次收购计划將通过內部资金和银行贷款进行，並指出，银行贷款的利息和偿还，將从建议收购计划中的股息收入支付。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡23日讯）莫实德重工业机构有限公司（BHIC，8133，工业产品组）宣布，它的子公司已经取得国防部颁发2份总值1亿1190万令吉的合约。

其中一份总值1560万令吉的合约是供应和交付配件、提供维修以及为大马皇家海军训练使用博福斯57毫米机关枪，有效期限3年。

上述合约是由BHIC博福斯亚洲私人有限公司获得，它是一家由BHIC国防科技私人有限公司和BAE系统博福斯控股私人有限公司以51:49的股权而成立的联营企业。

第2份合约授予莫实德海军船厂私人有限公司（BNS），主要是供应和交付配件、提供维修和综合后勤支援，以及为大马皇家海军第17巡逻船队提供培训。

该份合约价值9630万令吉，有效期3年。而这两份合约将在稍后正式签署。

莫实得重工　获5.3亿附加合约

（吉隆坡30日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业股）今日宣布，旗下子公司--莫实得DCNS航海私人有限公司（BDNC）获得大马政府颁发总值5亿3120万令吉的附加合约。

根据文告指出，BDNC公司去年9月3日获得大马政府颁发两艘潜水艇服务合约，价值分別是1亿9300万欧元和5亿3200万令吉。

隨著在今年3月3日再取得大马政府颁发的一项价值最高至5亿3120万令吉的附加合约，该潜水艇服务合约的有效期限延长至2017年5月31日。

BDNC是莫实得重工业国防科技有限公司（BHICDefenceTechnologiesSdnBhd）和DCNSS.A的联营公司，两者的持股率分別是60%和40%。

而莫实得重工业国防科技有限公司，则是莫实得重工业的独资子公司。

莫实得重工调整2业务比重

（吉隆坡2日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业股）放眼將该公司的业务贡献比例，从目前海军与商业领域的贡献比例80对20，在未来4至5年內，调整至70对30。

莫实得重工业执行副主席兼董事经理丹斯里阿曼拉表示，如果两者的营业额贡献比例可达到60比40，是更理想的水平，因为这將让公司的业务表现更稳定。

然而，他也承认，要达到该比例充满竞爭挑战，加上来自中国和韩国等国家的船务市场竞爭激烈，他也对今年的表现抱持谨慎。

他在今天出席公司召开的股东常年大会后，在记者会上如此表示。

与此同时，莫实得重工业主席丹斯里洛丁表示，该公司在去年面对不少挑战。

他补充说，「令吉匯率自2014下半年走软、加上原油价格重挫，让市场处在不稳定的状態。」

无论如何，他指出，儘管面对诸多挑战，该公司2014財政年（12月31日结账）全年净利按年成长4.65倍，从前年的316万1000令吉，增至1785万令吉。

另外，阿曼拉表示，该公司在去年完成与大马国防部签署正式协议，为大马皇家海军设计、建造和交付6艘第2代巡逻舰，总值90亿令吉。

阿曼拉说，「不包括6艘巡逻舰工程的订单，目前公司手持订单总值10亿令吉，我们专注发展与海军相关的工程业务，增加本地的订单额。」

在3月18日，其子公司——莫实得重工业国防科技公司，与大马空中巴士直升机公司签署股权买卖协议和联营协议，提供EC225和725直升机的飞行员和模擬全自动飞行培训服务，为除了中国的亚洲地区提供军事、准军事部队和民用客户机组人员培训服务。

3月20日，旗下子公司——莫实得重工业Bofors Asia私人有限公司，获得国防部续约，为大马皇家海军57毫米海军舰炮供应备件、维修和培训服务，总值为1560万令吉，为期3年，直到2018年。

另外，该公司在去年初获得来自纽西兰的300万美元，作为设计和建造长达17米排水量28吨港口拖轮的工程，是该公司过去3年以来首次接获海外订单。

聯號首季貢獻大增‧莫實得重工淨利漲980%

（吉隆坡13日訊）受聯號公司貢獻大幅揚升帶動，莫實得重工（BHIC，8133，主板工業產品組）截至2015年3月31日止第一季淨利猛漲980%至841萬8千令吉。

不過，由於國防相關維護、修理和翻修（MRO）業務收入減少，首季營業額按年微跌1.2%至6千339萬6千令吉。

該公司透過文告指出，首季淨利反彈主要因Belum計劃竣工率上揚，及Contraves現進設備集團、BHIC航空服務等聯號公司盈利貢獻明顯提昇。

對於未來展望，莫實得重工預計重工業務會繼續推動集團表現，並表示會以謹慎態度擴張油氣業務，因市場利空尚未消散，及主要油氣公司均削減資本開銷，包括國家石油（Petronas）。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡6日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）次季净利按年跌17.96%，从1116万9000令吉，减少至916万3000令吉，每股盈利3.69仙。

同期营业额则年增13.06%，录得7515万4000令吉。

虽然公司获得更多维护、维修及检修（简称MRO）服务合约，且联营公司贡献也走高，但联号公司陷入亏损，拖累次季业绩下滑。

执行副主席兼董事经理丹斯里阿末兰里称：“虽然我们的联号公司为了海军水文探测船KD PERANTAU号的维修费用，拨出资金作为储备，因而陷入亏损，但无碍我们迈向增长的步伐。”

合计上半年，公司净赚1758万1000令吉，每股盈利7.08仙，按年涨47.15%，优于去年同期的1194万8000令吉。

寶實得重工業 重組企業架構

（吉隆坡23日訊）寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）宣布重組企業架構，主要業務分為國防和保安、商業以及能源三大類，以達到更佳營運效率和專注在核心業務。

該公司發布文告稱，BHIC國防科技私人有限公司將是國防和保安業務的控股公司，並會進一步從寶實得檳城修船廠私人有限公司收購潛艇服務活動。

此外，BHIC發展私人有限公司將掌管商業業務。旗下子公司和業務進行轉移后，寶實得檳城修船廠私人有限公司將主管能源業務。

（吉隆坡10日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业股）宣布，旗下联营子公司——莫实得重工业Bofors Asia私人有限公司，接获国防部通知书，以正式执行双方早前签署的合约。

上述合约是莫实得重工业Bofors Asia在今年2月，与国防部签约，为大马皇家海军57毫米海军舰炮供应备件、维修和培训服务，总值为1560万令吉。

这项合约为期3年，直到2018年8月26日。

莫实德重工业在一份声明中说，该封信的签发日期是2015年9月2日。

（吉隆坡21日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）独资子公司莫实得槟城船厂，获TRC协作（TRC，5054，主板建筑股）颁发480万令吉的技术支援和协调服务合约。

TRC协作子公司Trans Resources Corporation（简称TRC），在今年2月，获得DCNS Societe Anonyme颁发总值6000万令吉的合约，在沙巴亚庇的皇家海军潜艇基地，进行大马鲉鱼型潜水艇改装基建工程。

根据文告，TRC将当中的技术支援和协调服务合约，颁发给莫实得槟城船厂，为期12个月，从2月1日生效，480万令吉的合约总值已包括消费税。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，合约获延长将对截至今年秒的盈利带来显著贡献，并有利于未来盈利。

BHIC表示，在协商过后，于周一接获政府的中标通知书，修订和最终商定价格是1亿5316万令吉，以及把合约期从2017年5月31日，延长至2018年3月31日。
