1. Office & Management 的工作效率,態度,氣氛.
2. Factory 的操作員 & 管理員的工作效率,態度,氣氛.
3. Office & Factory 上下的關係維持.
在我所知,Uncle 所講的公司中,有一家我是看過,10:30AM--經理們還在打郭腐, 主任們還在喝茶看早報,女士在打毛衣,男士講昨晚的故事.
這一點對我要不要加注Megan很重要.

【明報專訊】微軟主席蓋茨預言，DVD影音產品及技術將於10年內被淘汰，屆時人們將不再使用DVD來播放影音。
蓋茨周二在接受德國《圖片報》訪問時，談到對未來家庭娛樂的看法時預言，DVD技術「最遲10年內就會被淘汰」。他說﹕「當我們在未來回望現在，我們要帶?載有電影或音樂的小銀碟四圍去，把它們放入電腦播放，將來回想起來會覺得可笑。這些東西很容易刮花或在無意中遺失。」
「電視懂認人 手機購物消費」
蓋茨沒詳細解釋到底DVD技術為什麼會完全消失，或會被更先進產品取而代之，但他說，未來的電視將融入電腦，懂得辨認用戶和知道他們喜愛的節目。蓋茨說﹕「在未來，當我們想看某個電視節目，電視就播那個節目。家庭電腦會由我們的臉孔或聲音辨認我們，知道什麼人想看什麼節目、最喜歡的節目，又或那些是兒童不宜的節目。」蓋茨亦談到對未來流動電話的展望，說﹕「我們可用手機掃描產品條碼，根據它來檢索某產品的資料。在外國餐廳用餐時，我們可用拍照手機翻譯餐牌上的文字。」 |

Kenanga Securities Comment
Renounceable rights issue of 71.1m shares with 71.1m free warrants on the basis
of 4 rights shares and 4 warrants for every 5 shares at RM1.60 per rights share
will cease trading from 21 July 2004 onwards.
Comment: For every 1,000 rights subscribed, investors are entitled to new shares
and new warrants of 1,000 each. Given that the last traded rights price of
RM0.125 and its issue price of RM1.60, this would result in a loss of RM0.235
sen for each 1,000 rights subscribed. However, as there is an attached warrant
for every rights subscribed and assuming that warrants do trade at a 30%
premium, each warrant will be worth RM0.45. Hence, net gain for every 1,000
rights subscribed would be RM0.215 sen. Owing to that, it is advisable for both
existing and potential shareholders to subscribe to the rights issue. As for the
Megan Media's stock, we have upgraded our recommendation to a Buy call from the
previous neutral stance given its potential upside of 21% over its fair value of
RM1.80 (applying PER of 7x on the Megan Media's CY05 EPS of 26 sen). |

New Optical Disc Can Hold 100 Times As Much Info As DVD
A new optical disc technology developed by the University of Tokyo and eight firms, including Fujitsu Ltd. and Toshiba Corp., can store about 100 times the amount of information as a conventional DVD, enough to hold three and a half hours of high-definition video programming.
The research group, which is receiving support from the government's New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), has developed a prototype disc with a 6cm diameter. An area of 1 sq. cm is able to store around 45G, so a disc about the size of a 500 yen coin could hold 240G. There are still some technical issues to resolve, such as reading recorded information and increasing recording speed, but the technology offers the highest data storage level for an optical disc.
The technology employs a near-field optical laser. Blue lasers used in the most advanced optical discs now beginning to reach the market use 150nm features to store a bit, but the near-field optical technology can store bits as features only 35nm big. This gives the disc 20 times the storage capacity of a next-generation blue-laser DVD.
A cellular phone equipped with a practical form of the technology would be able to electronically store an entire library or allow users to watch a high-definition movie.
The research group also believes that near-field lasers could be improved to raise storage density even further. They aim to store 150G per sq. cm in two years. |

我从不谈这个股，因为大家一团高兴信心十足。但是我认对股票不好大如意算盘。死抱不放。
也不好100%接受那些专家的话。我对MEGAN 没印象，因为才挂牌不到几年，就要发这么多附加股，向股东拿钱。光碟这种东西，他们那里可以和泰国，中国的厂家竞争？

that's why they're going to expand their biz ....
they need capital to compete ...
示者生存嘛！
they mentioned also , floppy is still widely use even thought CDR DVDR is going to replace this .... don forget about that asia's country still have a long long way to become advanced country like USA which technology is changing from time to time  |
