吉申获SUKE大道2亿合约

(吉隆坡20日讯)吉申(JETSON,9083,主板建筑股)宣布,联营公司即吉申建筑-中国交通建设联营,获得价值2亿186万6000令吉的吉隆坡新街场-淡江高架大道(SUKE)次级承包合约。
该公司今日向马交所报备,吉申建筑-中国交通建设联营,是从BBSB Holdings私人有限公司获得次级承包合约,兴建SUKE主线和其他相关工程。
吉申预计,合约将贡献2017财年至2019财年的盈利。

吉申拟私下配售筹达780万

(吉隆坡6日讯)吉申(Kumpulan Jetson Bhd)计划私下配售,筹集高达778万令吉,充作一年内的营运资本。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备,每股参阅价为35仙,较截至2月24日的5天成交量加权均价(38.4仙)折价8.85%。
该计划将发行高达2222万新股,予稍后确定的第三方投资者,相当于集团扩大后缴足股本的约10%。
除了10万令吉是私配的估计费用外,其余将用作营运资本如营运开销、间接费用,以及交易和其他应付款项。
吉申预计,负债率将从截至2015年12月31日止2015财年的0.52倍,降至0.4倍。
该集团预计,这项企业活动将于2017财年第二季完成。

(吉隆坡29日讯)吉申(JETSON,9083,主板建筑股)获颁一项分包合约,负责在吉隆坡葛莱路(Jalan Conlay),建设高端服务式公寓和酒店,总值约9亿1932万令吉。
吉申今日向交易所报备,独资子公司吉申建筑私人有限公司,获中国中冶马来西亚私人有限公司(MCC Overseas)颁发合约,后者是中国冶金科工集团有限公司的子公司。
项目总值约9亿1932万令吉,其中建筑工程为约3亿3667万3342令吉,而指定项目和暂定款(Prime Cost and Provisional Sums)是5亿8265万令吉。
工程分4阶段进行,第一阶段包括建设地下室和10层楼台基(podium block);第二和第三阶段,分别建设A栋和B栋服务式公寓,各有61层楼和56层楼。

中国中冶单方面解约
吉申失9亿分包工程
2017年7月5日
(吉隆坡4日讯)吉申(JETSON,9083,主板建筑股)上周获得的9亿令吉分包合约,遭承包商中国中冶大马私人有限公司单方面解除合约。
吉申今日向交易所报备,在昨日收到中国中冶大马公司的信函,称独资子公司吉申建筑没有先行披露,公司其中一位大股东,在该工程所聘请的第三方顾问公司担任董事。
吉申建筑是在上周四(29日)宣布获得这项中国冶金科工集团子公司所颁发的分包合约,负责在吉隆坡葛莱路(Jalan Conlay),建设高端服务式公寓和酒店,总值约9亿1932万令吉。
吉申今日强调,中国中冶大马公司并没有给予公司回应的机会,并否认相关指控,称撤销合约是对方错误的决定,目前正寻求法律意见。
这项工程原定分4阶段进行,第一阶段包括建设地下室和10层楼台基(podium block);第二和第三阶段,分别建设A栋和B栋服务式公寓,各有61层楼和56层楼。

All capitalised terms used herein shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meaning set out in the said announcement.
On 3 July 2017, JCSB received a letter from MCC wherein MCC purported to unilaterally rescind the award of the sub-contract relating to the Project on the basis that there was an alleged misrepresentation or non-disclosure of a certain matter namely that one of the substantial shareholders of Company is a director of a third party consultant to the employer of the Project.
The Company wishes to inform that MCC has not given an opportunity to JSCB to respond prior to the purported unilateral rescission and JCSB denies any misrepresentation or non-disclosure or wrongdoing giving rise to such rescission. JCSB believes that MCC has repudiated and wrongfully rescinded the said letter of award / sub-contract.
JCSB is seeking legal advice on this matter and will take appropriate action in due course.

郭晓芳.一场游戏一场梦
受到相关利益人拖累,导致价值9亿2000万令吉合约到手不及一周即见财化水,也让原本合作愉快的双方人马关系迅速破裂。
这次闹得不欢而散的是吉申(JETSON,9083,主板建筑组)及中国的中冶海外(MCC)大马子公司。
吉申是在6月29日宣布获MCC颁发上述合约,不过,7月4日突然接获MCC撤销有关合约的信函,只交代“不满前者隐瞒显著股东与项目的相关利益人关系”,而目前,吉申正寻求法律谘询。
在商言商,两者都有各自的立场,但一项合约的签署应该是经过慎重的考量,间中若出现疑虑或冲突,应该坐下来好好谈,不至于没有转弯的余地。
既然事情已发生,何不各退一步纠正错误,重新洽谈合作条件呢?发生这种事,双方都有责任,但最无辜的还是因此合约入场的散户。
在大马,因相关利益人没有交代清楚而果断终止合约的纠纷不只罕见,理由也显得牵强。
以商业角度来看,如果双方有意维持良好合作关系,肯定会继续查证及了解详情,商讨后再作出定夺,而不是发一封信函或文告解释一下,就宣布终止合约,这也未免太儿戏。
须知,这是一笔价值9亿令吉的大型合约,对吉申盈利影响非常显著,估计合约到手消息传开后,许多投资者都是抱着期盼心态入场吸纳,带动股价及成交量在短短几天内飞扬走高。
哪知道欢乐气氛维持不到几天,突如其来的终止合约消息宛如晴天霹雳,当头棒喝编制美梦的散户,才惊觉这根本是一场游戏一场梦。
观察该公司近期股价走势图,可以发现该股于6月23日开始价量齐扬,涨势维持至29日合约颁发当天,股价报48.5仙,创近3年高点。
然而,该股见顶后开始回调,至到7月4日宣布被终止合约,在一个交易日内连跌两道支持点,回到5个月前的35仙水平。
这也意味,后期才进场(获得合约后)的投资者买在高点,若来不及在股价下滑前抽身离开,资金形同被套,走与不走都不好过。
除非此事出现重大转机,如合约重新回到吉申手上或吉申找到另一个足以取代的合约,股价才有望反弹,否则,散户只能继续住套房,等待遥遥无期的解脱日到来。

(吉隆坡12日讯)吉申(JETSON,9083,主板建筑股)获7635万3640令吉次级承包合约,为“武吉加里尔城”服务式公寓进行结构工程。
该公司今日向交易所报备,子公司Jetson ARDC私人有限公司,接获中国建筑马来西亚有限公司颁发的得标书。
该服务式公寓项目分2阶段进行,工程包括2栋大楼和裙楼。裙楼里有停车场、俱乐部、办公室和连接购物中心的桥梁。

Fasa 2: 1 block bangunan pangsapuri perkhidmatan 41 tingkat (Menara 2) – 324 unit dengan sebahagian daripada kemudahan kelab di atas bumbung podium (aras 10) di atas Lot PT 15294 (Parcel F), Bandar Bukit Jalil, Off Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur untuk Tetuan Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd”
for a sub-contract sum of RM76,353,640.14 (“Project”).
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Jetson and its subsidiaries for financial years ending 2017 to 2020. The Project will not have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of Jetson.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Jetson and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the Project.
The Project is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Jetson.
