刚才我经过， 一片黑暗. 工人全不在了.

昨天早上DBKL已经开封了

Hi all, The Holmes 2 site already back in operation.

DBKL already cordoned off the site and work expectec to continue soon.

Its just an misundestanding in DBKL site with the architect of The Holmes 2.

Sorry for any inconveninece caused

可是我我在 FB 看到有人 update,  Holmes2 没有工人做工 after 那天DBKL unseal.
你知道什么原因吗？

对啊，permit过期了已经申请着了，等到permit再出了就马上开工了。


Facebook那个group都不update的。whatapps group里面才是及时的。

Hi all, just had a meeting with Aset Kayamas GM Datuk CK Lee.
Below is the point.
1) There will be a memo release by Sinerjuta Sdn Bhd on the progress explanation next week.
2) Title as per post earlier on. They already paid the premium for the land and obtain consent from DBKL. There is no way PTG not to transfer the ownership.

其实道理很简单的。。。

新政府的 一些新MP要做东西，但是新政府也不会要影响到买家的。。。

只是这段时间比较sensitive，过渡期而已。。。

拿了the holmes钥匙看了，觉得蛮满意屋子品质不错，一眼看去没有很明显的缺陷，暂时只找到ceiling有个L形洞。。客厅弄得比较大，房间和厕所比较小。
