担心limit的大大们呀,
你们有没有看见flyer那里写着的 60gb download volume 【currently not applicable】呀。
unifi 从开始至今都没有开始过。现在还不赶快申请,等到开始了就后悔莫及。

volume几时会开始limit根本没人知道,乘早申请,过了两年contract后,它要开始limit的话就任由你来处置咯。

你们要想的应该是。。为什么它写了出limit来却又没有开始呢?
有的人认为不用问哇贵都知到是因为现在还没有很多人用,等多人用了才来开始limit!!
我个人认为不是因为那样,而是另有原因。。。。

没注意到有 60gb 的 limit .... 这样不值得咧。。。。。

从1m的unipack换去5m的unifi,两个星期下载了70g,这是1m不可能做到的记录。

KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd will impose a credit limit policy for its UniFi customers with effect from Aug 1, which will be equivalent to three times the package monthly fee.

It said on its website on Friday that it would also update the UniFi customers regularly on the status of their accounts to assist their account payments better.

TM said it would be sending out email and SMS notifications to alert the customers on the status of their account usage upon reaching 70%-80%, 90%-100% and upon exceeding 100% of their credit limit.

"We wish to highlight that TM will proceed to suspend the customers' account if no payment is received within 24 hours upon exceeding their credit limit," it said.

TM's customer base for its Unifi services has increased to 393,000 and it plans to breach the 400,000 target by this or next month.

UniFi is a bundled triple play service offering high speed Internet, HyppTV (IPTV) and voice for residential use. For business use, UniFi offers dual play service which includes high speed internet and voice.

我也是由1mb昇去5mb,感覺就像會飛了一樣(雖然比起外國還是慢)
因為不是用電話線的關係,所以速度都滿穩定的,都在5mb上下.

想問下,我的wireless modem時常internet的燈不閃,沒線,是什麼回事,喜歡喜歡就這樣,是modem的壞了的關係嗎power adsl 還有wifi燈都閃,只有internet沒閃.....這兩個星期的事情而已

为何我们一定要多付或Upgrade更贵的package来换取更快的speed?其他国家的internet,人民只需付普通的价钱就可以享受很快的speed?

I am lodging complaint with reference the case IDs as forwarded:

As per scheduled in appointment via email, the allocation was as
"House Installation Appointment Sunday - 13 January 2013 | Morning " , but it ended up a disappointment.

Since 0930, I have waited whole morning with no TM installer following - up the installation.
Your constant silence had prompted me to call TM help instead.

From my smartphone log, there is record of numerous out-coming calls from my prepaid card *to 1300881221 and 038074400 , adding up to 26 minutes (with 75% of airtime contributed by TM marketing info).

I could have ended up waiting until the next sunrise if my wife failed to
convince me that TM was screwing me up.

I finally received a call around 4pm. Your contractor reported their vehicle broke down.

This was utterly irrelevant because the appointment was in the morning.*

The fact is that TM is not following up whether contractors/installers aremeeting the appointment and bother to communicate if there is delay.

The installation team reached around 715pm.

To my anger, it was found that the configuration of data-point was wrong. The data-point designated to my premise was set to the other Lorong when the contractor went a few round around the campus trying to uncover it.

It is clearly stated that a fine of RM200 shall be imposed to customer for a cancelled/deferred appointment received within 24 hours of the scheduled installation date.

The catastrophe on last Sunday was obviously a result of your lack of
coordination and meticulosity iin service.
It is TM who has failed the fulfillment of installation

What would TM make me pay (of quality of time and mobile-charge) when the sins are all yours?

Utill this moment, I have not hear anything from TM about service recovery.

看下吧,如果是做business的话会比较好,上传速度比较快
不过我是会选择maxis fiber
