（赛城29日讯）德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）放眼在2016年杪攫取更新付账卡的50%市场。

德达飞讯非执行主席General Tan Sri Dr Mohamed Hashim Mohd Ali表示，德达飞讯（基本面：2.2；估值：0.9）计划提高出卡量，由目前的200万至300万张卡，提高到一年生产1000万张卡。

“加强付账卡的安全性是我们经营业务的新方式，我们也已准备就绪，斥资600万令吉加强付账卡的安全设备。”他是在今日公司的常年股东大会上，向记者发表上述言论。

德达飞讯的上述举措是遵循马来西亚国家银行的指示。国行在去年发布付账卡改革框架，每家银行必须将付账卡系统，由目前以签名为主的方式，转换至密码模式。

鉴于市场预期德达飞讯或标得大马政府颁布的一项护照及资讯与通讯科技（ICT）方案的合约，促使该股近日受到投资者热捧。

德达飞讯的股价走势已引起大马交易所的注意，并对该公司发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）的质询。

针对此，Mohamed Hashim今日表示，有关当局仍在评估德达飞讯稍早前呈上的建议书。

除了优质的服务与产品之外，他对于德达飞讯建议书内的优惠定价信心满满。

截至下午3时24分，德达飞讯起2仙或1.61%，报1.24令吉，成交量为584万500股。

该公司表示，引起股价大涨的主因，可能是向内政部呈交3项计划书所致。

此外，该公司将在8月底，宣布2016财年首季业绩。

行家建议
我们预测，德达飞讯2016财年首季核心盈利，将介于800万至1000万令吉，因为据我们了解，大马卡的出货量自今年4月以来开始放缓。

不过，该公司逐渐索回应收账款，将进一步加强资产负债表。

至于早前提呈的3项计划书，其中一项可能与大马护照照片页面的智能晶片供应有关，该合约相信将在今年第三季底颁发，潜在的额外营业额介于6000万至7000万令吉。

由于大马卡合约流入放缓，我们因而下修2016财年每股盈利预测22%，目标价也下调至1.22令吉，但2017至2018的财测则维持不变。

截至6月，德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）在大马卡、大马卡消耗品（Consumables），及大马护照照片页面智能晶片三方面的订单余额，分别还有550万份、450万份、和430万份。

另外，德达飞讯也获得来自监督和维修领域的合约，总值4550万令吉。

目前，该公司的应收账款已增加至9950万令吉（约180天），其中超过80%来自两大客户，即移民局和国民登记局。

行家建议
乍看之下，应收账款的数目似乎很高，不过，我们认为能够逐步取得，违约风险不大，因为80%是来移民局和国民登记局。

据我们所知，德达飞讯正在竞标大马护照晶片供应合约，并有意将晶片整合到护照照片页里。晶片供应合约目前由其中一个同行持有，截止日为明年中。

我们预测，上述合约每年可带来6000至7000万令吉的营业额，政府估计会在今年第三季末颁发合约。

此外，公司也竞标供应护照本的合约，这符合提供一条龙保安方案的定位，与供应大马卡的方式类似。

（吉隆坡27日讯）由于营运成本减少，德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）截至9月30日次季净利按年增长31.36%。

此外，董事局宣布派发每股1仙的第一次中期单层免税股息。

公司次季净赚1235万3000令吉，或每股净利0.92仙，高于上财年同期的940万4000令吉，或每股0.7仙。

不过，营业额却从5348万7000令吉，按年减少4.13%，达5127万9000令吉。

（吉隆坡4日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）获得槟岛市政局，颁发总值1289万6887.50令吉的闭路电视摄影机（CCTV）供应、安装和维修合约。

该公司向马交所报备，将于12月10日至2021年7月22日为止，在槟岛进行第四阶段的闭路电视摄影机供应、安装和维修服务。

同时，德达飞讯必须向槟岛市政局提供一个总值64万4844.37令吉的履约保证金，期限从12月10日至2022年7月22日。

（吉隆坡26日讯）由于营业额表现更佳，促使德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）截至去年12月31日财年第三季，净利按年增长24.5%至1940万令吉，或每股净利1.44仙。

上财年同期净利为1558万令吉，或每股净利1.15仙。

同季营业额则按年上扬2.05%至6162万令吉，上财年同期为6038万令吉。

力降外汇影响

德达飞讯也宣布派发每股1仙的第二次中期单层免税股息，累积前三季的股息派发达2仙。

累积首9个月的净利按年跌16.3%，至4411万令吉或每股3.27仙；营业额则跌9.8%，至1亿6726万令吉。

随着在槟州安装监控闭路电视后，该公司放眼扩大至巴生谷，探讨安装3000部监控闭路电视和设立监控中心。

（吉隆坡10日讯）德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd）获政府颁布一项价值2亿6040万令吉的合约，为国民登记局（JPN）供应大马卡（MyKad）的材料。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Datasonic Technologies私人有限公司接获内政部（KDN）颁布得标书，为国民登记局供应1200万张大马卡原卡和大马卡消费品。

这项合约为期3年6个月，从2016年7月1日开始，直至2019年12月31日。

此合约预计将为德达飞讯截至2017年3月杪的财年，或之后财年的盈利和每股净资产带来进账。

（吉隆坡27日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）截至3月31日末季，净利按年大涨178.76%，同时宣布派息每股1.4仙。

该公司净赚1893万9000令吉，远超于去年同季的679万4000令吉。

营业额则从4790万9000令吉，按年增幅54.56%，至7404万9000令吉。

德达飞讯将于下月24日派发每股1仙的股息，除权日为下月9日。

累积全年，净利按年增6%，至6304万8000令吉；营业额则扬3.42%，报2亿4131万令吉。

根据文告，德达飞讯在过去6个月，获颁总值8亿252万6400令吉的合约。

德达飞讯主席丹斯里莫哈末哈欣指出，公司在2016财年交出优于上财年的业绩表现，同时赢得两项为期5年的护照项目是主要的成就，将为公司贡献盈利和有助海外扩展计划。

他说，公司目前积极取得更多有关资讯通讯科技（ICT）的保安项目，以推动公司的增长和盈利，最终将崛起成为跨国公司。【南洋网财经】

Remarks :

On 28 February 2014, the Group has changed its financial year end from 31 December to 31 March. The comparatives for cumulative quarters represent 12 months results from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.Included in the proposed/declared dividend per share for the current year quarter ended 31 March 2016 is a third interim single-tier tax exempt dividend of 1.00 sen per share, in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2016, which was declared on 27 May 2016. The Entitlement Date is 13 June 2016 and payable on 24 June 2016. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current quarter and current year to date ended 31 March 2016 but it will be accounted for in shareholders' equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the next quarter ending 30 June 2016.
