This project is a lease hold 99 years. Do u ve any idea when is the lease started and the expiring? (yr 2013 till yr 2112? or land tenure expiring in 2090)

Since June 2014, the admin and agent told me, it take about 3 months for bank disbursement. 差不多要开始供期. Till-to-date, when check status with them. No one response my questions.

When purchase, MB agent told me it is 99 lease hold. Did anyone notice the contract only stated lease expiry 2091 (or 77 years lease only)? Again, no reply when check with agent on lease hold in question.

Perhaps, the sales agent only sell but will not serve after sales service.

Write to MB on Sunday, have not get a reply yet. (not sure if I directed the email to the correct contact department under MB website). I guess, may need to spend some time to visit the MB office.

迪沙魯夢幻樂園屋業糾紛‧商業罪案組展調查2014-05-11 13:29（柔佛‧新山10日訊）迪沙魯夢幻樂園（Desaru Impian Resort）屋業糾紛已多年，如今終於有點眉目，業主之一張載平披露，柔佛州商業罪案調查組已針對該產業多年來的問題展開調查，負責的查案官也答應將報告呈予副檢察司，再由副檢察司決定提告與否。 張載平今日向《星洲日報》透露，該度假村是在1995年開發，每個單位平均30萬至60萬令吉不等，若依照當年發展商保證每年可得10%的回報率，如今投資額已可達60萬至120萬令吉。他聲稱，新的公司在2009年管理有關度假村時，提出的管理費不合理，讓大部分業主不滿，約100名業主更在當年同時到新山中央警署報案。但是，張載平指出，這些年期間，他已為有關屋業的大小事件報警3次，惟都不見警方行動。他透露，他去年親自到武吉阿曼警察總部報案，總警長才下令警方開案徹查。他也在這期間，將投訴信呈交給柔州兩任州務大臣、首相及首相署助理等。“警方已向有關人士錄口供，而查案官也已答應我，會將報告整理好後，交給副檢察司。”業主受促以民事案提告張載平指出，警方可以刑事案提告管理集團，但是，業主本身不能坐以待斃，也要團結起來，以民事案再次提告管理集團。他說，他已委任了律師，也已準備好資料，目前是“萬事俱備，只欠東風”，因此，他希望業主可站出來，一起提控管理集團。有關業主，可聯繫張載平（019-771 3251）。

Thank you for enlightening! The thoughtful admin made a courtesy call on Tuesday morning to clarify my concerns. She presented the letter that developer seeks for Prince bay extension to 99 years.  

Congrat to those who had purchased this project. You made a good bet of investment with low risk and high potential capital gain project.

When Ocean Splash Theme Park and Ocean Quest Marine Park...... ready by end next year, you shall see the price appreciation and high yield return.

Many projects are in the pipe-line coming along the way at Desaru.
