（莎阿南24日讯）WCT工程有限公司（WCT，9679，主板建筑组）在扩大现有约70亿令吉的工程订单计划下，考虑竞标在越南、阿曼以及沙巴发展走廊的数个建筑以及基建工程。

在越南胡志明市的白金广场（Platinum Plaza）计划最近获地方政府批准后，该公司已提呈申请投资执照，在该城市推行第2个发展计划。

执行董事罗秀洲（译音）对The Edge金融日报说：“第2个发展计划将毗邻第一行政区，也是胡志明市的商业中心。它将是综合商业以及住宅产业的发展计划。”

主席拿督阿末苏芬说，WCT工程在中东有极高声誉，它的已完成或是兴建中的发展计划包括巴林国际赛车场以及阿布达比1级方程式赛车场。 该公司也有意参与在阿曼的一个庞大基建发展计划。

在中东的建筑工程目前占大约67％订单，只有一小部份是在马来西亚。然而，该公司有意参与首相拿督斯里阿都拉巴达威将在1月29日推介的沙巴发展走廊计划。

在该公司股东常年大会后，阿末苏芬说：“作为一家已进军沙巴的建筑公司，我们将会参与沙巴发展走廊的基建发展计划。 WCT工程肯定对沙巴发展走廊极有兴趣。”

在被问及WCT工程是否考虑双重上市时，罗氏说：“我们有许多建筑工程在推行中而不能实际讨论这点，但是我们不会排除这个意见。”

至于全球市场放缓是否对建筑工程需求造成影响一事，阿末苏芬说，该公司的现有订单可持续2年，但是将会继续竞标更多建筑工程。

（吉隆坡訊）WCT工程（WCT，9679；主板建築組）正在中東建築市場馳騁，除了握有總值66億令吉的工程外，也有可能爭取超過30億令吉的新合約，為備受看好的中東概念股之一。

亞歐美研究隊伍在考察WCT工程的中東建築工地後，進一步確認上述看法。他們對該股維持“買進”評級，目標價是10令吉40仙。

現握有7項中東建築工程

亞歐美研究指出，雖然他們對該公司2007至2009財政年的淨利預測，分別維持在53%、69%與15%，但是若該公司爭得更多工程與改善賺幅，他們將上修淨利預測。

目前，WCT工程在海灣國家握有7項建築工程，包括巴林城市中心建築工程、BCC酒店裝備工程、卡塔爾大道工程、新多哈國際機場等，其中未進賬工程總值達44億令吉，佔訂單總值66億令吉的67%。

亞歐美研究表示，在WCT工程興建的工程中，不少將頒出更多可觀的額外合約，包括新多哈國際機場（7億至8億令吉）、美丹賽場（10億令吉）、阿布達比F1賽場（至少20億令吉）等。

“總的來說，根據我們的預測，潛在工程總值料可輕易超過30億令吉，而且這並未包括聯營工程。”

亞歐美研究指出，依他們的觀察，由於WCT工程為鋼鐵、石頭等部份建材護盤，相信建築工程並無超支現象，不會影響整體獲利。

今日（週五，25日）閉市，WCT工程上揚40仙，報9令吉10仙。

WCT工程漲勢勁

（吉隆坡29日訊）WCT工程（WCT，9679，主板建築）在西亞海灣國家的建築工程高達45億令吉，獲券商給予“跑贏大市”評級，激勵股價直線上揚，為盤中10大上升股之一。

聯昌證券研究指出，該公司現有建築訂單主要源自海灣國家（Gulf），僅西亞國家就有8項建築工程，總值近45億令吉，佔總訂單66億令吉的67%。

該公司在海外建築訂單皆來自西亞，也是西亞建築業務最龐大的大馬唯一承包商。

受西亞工程激勵，WCT工程今早起15仙，以8.90令吉迎市，隨后呈窄幅上揚格局，盤中最高曾上漲35仙至9.10令吉，一度攀上10大上升股榜首。

目標價RM11

休市時，該股報9.00令吉，起25仙，半日成交量達47萬7900股。

聯昌證券研究指出，巴林城中城是WCT工程在2006年獲得的6項建築訂單之一，涵蓋2大工程即價值13億令吉的建築工程及2億7000萬令吉的內部裝潢工程。

“巴林城中城共分4大組合，當中零售廣場為城中城焦點，並預定在今年9月1日開張營業，屆時將是巴林最大型購物中心。”

其余西亞工程包括卡達爾杜漢高速大道、卡達爾多哈新國際機場、新梅達尼角競賽場、阿布達比F1賽車場等。

該行在分析報告指出，更亮眼的西亞業務表現將成WCT工程重估催化劑。

“其他重估因素包括第9大馬計劃相關工程、越南更多新發展等。”

目前，建築業務佔WCT工程65.4%的重估淨資產值（RNAV），產業發展貢獻20.9%，4.1%來自大道建築工程，余下來自非營運業務。

看好WCT工程前景，該行維持“跑贏大市”評級，目標價達11令吉。

閉市時，WCT工程掛收9.15令吉，起40仙，全日成交量達133萬4700股
