两种都可以，无所谓的，只是如果有糖尿病就要吃苹果，不能喝果汁，不然血糖升很快的

我现在面对rosacea 的问题。以前以为是pimples,后来知道，rosacea 豆豆都没有头，而我的只是表面上红红。用无数产品也无效。。
请问有什么产品是适合rosacea 的吗？（可能的话我可以send 图片给你）。。

did u heard bout 'himalaya'? i realize tat the products may contains the less chemical ingredients which i refer to the ingredients behind. i have possed related n get some feed back which tat brand may contains a lot of harsh chemical which is in contrast of the herbals-made? wat do you say on tat? i hav read the ingredients behind as well as the info from website.it contains all the natural raw materials like fruits.

Evening Primrose Oil吃了对女生好，可是我忘记了到底是有什么好处了。
市面上那么多牌子到底我该如何去选购evening primrose oil？
Efamol Evening Primrose Oil好吗？
只是上网看到有人说好，不懂楼住有什么可以提供建议的？

Ingredients:
Capsule Pure Evening Primrose Oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerine), vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate)

rosacea很难医好的，能做的是control。不过根据你给我的照片，实在很难断定你有rosacea,而且也不太严重.
rosacea除了洗脸霜要温和，用sunblock保护皮肤避免uv rays的伤害，而且护肤程序越简单越好。

至于你的mask，要不要用是你决定的事，关于parabens对人体的危害在前面第一页分享过了。

himalaya的话你如果有时间爬帖不妨找找关于himalaya产品成分表，我记得有人放过给我看。

既然如此，你就抄在handphone吧，反正你去shopping时肯定都会带着handphone吧。

efamol我去他的网站看了，不过他并没有强调用那一种extraction method来萃取EPO,可能也是酒精萃取法。如果硬要批评的话，他也不算是pure的

不过他的卖点是high potency。我还是建议你吃他的liquid form，好过capsule form。

以上是 Avene 的 skin recovery cream 里的成份，除了 mineral oil 以外，其他的 ingredients 安全吗？？我的皮肤超敏感。。。只可以用他的产品。。怎么办？？？

还有请问，楼主清楚 Avene 的产品吗？？可以 reccommend 哪个是安全使用的吗？？谢谢哦。。。。

今天收到ISETAN的CATALOG。
發覺到女人的錢真的很好賺，買一大堆化妝品牌子，而只有一張臉，用得完咩。

還是貪free gift，而且要買rm300才有，LN要買夠rm480。。。

本來今天也去新加坡，突然生病計劃泡湯。。

喝姜茶、姜湯之類的都可以去風
和冷水、teh tarik之類的也會導致胃漲風

water,witch hazel extract,butylene glycol酒精咯,green tea extract,niacinamide,chamomile extract,pearl extract,natrosol 250,phenoxyethanol(防腐剂，安全使用，不过有些人用了会觉得皮肤比较干),allantoin,methtylparaben,sodium hyaluronate,disodium edta,green tea hb11672。

只是这个而已啦
