股东准购沙巴油棕地
大马统一合作冀占农业营收31%

(吉隆坡2日讯)大马统一合作(KUB,6874,主板贸服股)获股东批准,收购位于沙巴的1534公顷已开发油棕地皮,预计未来可贡献农业业务营业额31%,以及集团营收3%。
大马统一合作今日获股东亮绿灯,通过独资子公司KUB Malua种植私人有限公司,以1亿44万8621令吉,向关氏(KWANTAS,6572,主板种植股)收购位于京那巴当岸河区的油棕地皮,预计今年末季完成。
总裁兼董事经理拿督阿都拉欣莫哈末津,今日在股东特别大会后向记者指出,上述收购价,比1亿1600万令吉的市值,低13.4%。
该公司将会通过内部融资和银行贷款完成交易,会考虑公司和KUB Malua的负债水平,现金流和业务等,才决定贷款比例。
能源业务贡献最大
最新收购符合公司拓展核心农业业务的计划,以增加种植地库,及改善种植业务的净利贡献;该公司早前进行“大扫除”,决定专注于核心业务,即农业、能源和信息通信技术。
根据关氏截至2016年的资料,他预测,沙巴油棕地皮可贡献公司和农业业务营业额,分别为3%和31%。
他点出,能源业务依然是主要营业额来源,占70%,其余的来自信息通信技术、食品和电力业务。
目前,大马统一合作在柔佛和砂拉越,共有面积达7332公顷油棕园,完成收购后,将增至8866公顷。
大马统一合作今年资本开销2000万至3000万令吉,用于LPG散货码头管道项目、棕油厂、拓展A&W分店等。
拟每年翻种200顷
阿都拉欣莫哈末津指出,设下1万公顷地库的目标,已考量到公司的收购能力。
“公司也在计划翻种,所以我们需确保有持续营业额和收入流,以抵消营业额流失。”
他指出,该位于居銮的种植园,7月已开始着手翻种200公顷的油棕地。
“未来数年,预计每年翻种100至200公顷。不过,现在还未敲定长期计划。”
询及公司会否前往印尼收购地皮?他说:“我们做了,但有鉴于受到法律、监管和财务需求限制,我们选择后退,并谨慎采取行动。”
他解释,印尼地库面积庞大,需看公司是否具备能力收购。
另外,他也说,公司有收到几份收购种植地的建议书,但尚未确定是否具有诱人条件。
鲜果串产量看涨
阿都拉欣莫哈末津估计,今年该公司的鲜果串产量将比去年佳,因去年受到埃尔尼诺冲击。
至于原棕油价格,今年余下的时间,会维持在每吨2500令吉。
受到首季业绩激励,他预测,次季业绩表现仍会报捷。
续增A&W分店
A&W快餐连锁店方面,阿都拉欣莫哈末津说,去年6月已与主要特许权拥有人更新发展协议,延长3年至2019年6月。
目前,该公司拥有34家分店,本月会另开一间。
“明年会拓展8间、后年9间。”
另一方面,针对八打灵再也的一片1.05英亩地段,重新发展商业楼计划,阿都拉欣莫哈末津冀望,能在8月进行最终委员会会议,以取得地皮开发令。
询及脱售非核心业务进展,他指出,现阶段没进一步消息,仍在评估有地资产、产业和其他业务的建议书。
