（吉隆坡21日讯）合成工业（HUPSENG，5024，主板消费产品股）建议每股分拆为5股，派送2亿股红股。

合成工业向马交所报备，拟把每股面值50仙的普通股，拆为5股，面值10仙。

截至11月20日，公司缴足股本为6000万令吉，包含1亿2000万股；完成后，缴足股本将维持6000万令吉，并包含6亿股。

每持有3股分拆后股票的股东，就可获得1股红股。完成红股计划后，缴足股本将达8000万令吉，包含8亿股。

合成工业指出，股票分拆不会直接影响公司市值，但预估可调整公司股票的市价。计划预计明年首季完成。

（吉隆坡22日訊）合成工業（HUPSENG，5024，主要板消費）昨日宣布系列企業活動，包括分拆股票，及派發紅股等，推高該股今日一飛衝天，飆漲91仙至報6.40令吉，創下歷史新高紀錄。

合成工業今日在利好消息推動下高漲，開盤即漲51仙，以6令吉迎戰馬股。隨后該股持續飆高，漲91仙或16%，報6.40令吉，刷新歷史記錄。

休市時，該股收窄漲幅至65仙，掛6.14令吉，半日易手20萬5300股。

截至下午4點半，該股報6.16令吉，漲67仙，成交量33萬4000股，為十大上升股之一。

合成工業昨日向馬證交所報備，公司董事局建議將目前每股面值50仙股票，分拆為5股面值10仙股票，除權日等相關細節，公司之后會在做宣佈。

在股票分拆后，該公司將派發2億股面值10仙紅股給股東，股東每持有3現有股，便可獲得1紅股。

合成工業指出，這項股票分拆提案並不會直接影響公司市值，但預計公司股價會因此調整。

該股股價近來持續走高，在過去3個月內，股價平均達到5令吉。公司認為，分拆股票可進一步提高股票流量，吸引更多股東持有公司股票。

饼干需求拉高销售额 合成工业末季派息8仙

（吉隆坡18日讯）受惠于饼干需求拉高销售额，合成工业（HUPSENG，5024，主板消费产品股）截至2013年12月31日财年末季，净利按年增10.87%至935万2000令吉。公司同时宣布，派发每股8仙股息。

合成工业末季净利报935万2000令吉（相等于每股盈利7.79仙），较上财年同期的843万5000令吉增10.87%。

当季营业额报6669万2000令吉，上财年同期是6314万4000令吉，按年增5.62%。

合计全年，合成工业净利是3674万5000令吉（相等于每股30.62仙），比上财年3254万1000令吉增13%；营业额则为2亿5140万7000令吉，上财年同期是2亿4781万8000令吉，按年增1.45%。

寻合作伙伴 合成工业拟印尼设饼厂

（峇株峇辖21日讯）配合公司业务拓展计划，合成工业（HUPSENG，5024，主板消费产品股）计划在未来2至3年内，在印尼设立饼干制造厂。

根据《星报》报道，该公司主席拿督郭渚国指出，公司已接获数个印尼公司和商人建议，邀请到印尼设立业务。

他说，提出合作建议的包括欲拓展业务但缺乏资本的中型饼干和糕点制造商。

也有大型投资者，虽有强稳财务背景，但缺乏饼干制造经验。

郭洙国昨天在该公司股东特别大会后，如是指出。

合成工业早前建议以1拆5的方式，进行股票分拆，同时，也以1配3股的方式派发2亿股红股。

原料电费成本上涨

他说，合成工业将考虑来自印尼的商业建议，不过，除了合适伙伴，也要考虑制造厂的其他因素，包括地点、水电供应等基本设备。

不过，若要在印尼投资，也只会在2015年东协经济共同体（AEC）正式启动后。

郭洙国认为，印尼内需庞大，到该国投资，有助于公司未来长期增长。

至于本地业务，他说，由于原料价格和电费价格上涨，饼干制造业者目前面对着最艰难时刻。

麦粉、牛奶、原棕油、燃油、白糖，和包装原料在近年内，增长了至少1倍。

为了应对成本高涨，郭洙国坦承，业者被迫提高售价或缩小产品体积，但多倾向于缩小产品体积，因为消费者对价格比较敏感。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡24日讯）合成工业（HUPSENG，5024，主要板消费）上週宣佈將在4月2日为红股进行除权，及分拆股票，带动股价盘中涨31仙，为十大上升股。

合成工业以6.84令吉开市，开盘即增14仙，並在11时30分飆涨31仙或4.6%，至7.01令吉。隨后，该股稍微收窄涨幅，休市扬升26仙，掛在6.96令吉，为十大上升股；半日成交量56万6900股。

该股午盘再发威攀升，截至下午4时半，该股报6.99令吉，增29仙，成交量71万5300股。

合成工业上週五（21日）宣佈，以3送1的比例，发送2亿红股，除权日落在4月2日。

同时，该公司亦宣佈于4月2日进行股票分拆，將每股面值50仙现有股分拆为5股，分拆后每股面值10仙。
