请问我家在 ＰＶ３， TAMAN MELATI， ５３１００ SETAPAK， 有 UNIFI 吗？ 申请要多久呢？ 谢谢。
还有几个问题：
1。请问CONDO的话速度会快吗？
2。拉线方面有什么要特别注意的呢？听说光纤很大，在家里会很不美，需要CONCEAL。
3。可以接ROUTER/SPLITTER吗？
4。是用普通 LAN CABLE 连接电脑吗？ 还是有特别的？

1.actually the speed to condo is similiar with landed house because its using fiber optic cable.
2.before go for installation,you will receive a call from the tm technician. He will telling that he is doing configuration at the exchange port outside your condo and asked for your house phone number.
This is for him to identify your telephone port where he is going to unplug your streamyx and homeline telephone plug and plug in the Unifi thing into your port. after an hour ago they will go to your house and brief on how the installation is going to take place.
Since you are staying in Condo, there's not much cabling or wall drill need to be done.its more easier than landed house installation.
3.they will provide a residential gateway wireless router N(b/g/n) use the Ethernet lan cable plug into router and direct to pc network port.
4.you can select which date is available for you ,once tm confirm again the date installation with you must present if not charger of RM200 will be incurred. |

I don't have a telephone line. Do I need to apply 1st or straight away go for UNIFI? If I need the Unifi on July, then when should I apply for it? JUNE? May? or now? Since I heard many says waiting for the installation take ages... Is it possible for you to check whether the "waiting list" in my area is long or not?

我是在bkt mertajam alma靠近新tesco。我可以帮你申请电话line和unifi一起，给我你email然后我会send unifi form 给你，你看过后你会明白你所要知道的疑问，不明白的话可问我。。streamyx 要等可是unifi是你自己选date 的，你要几时都可，有三个日期在form 里给你fill in，过后tm会和你在confirm你要的installation date，如果你sure 了又缺席在那天，tm charge 你 RM200。上面有讲了 |

申级只须申请人名，tm homeline 号码，ic number 就可以了。。。。你的streamyx用了几年？？有contract吗？？ |
