Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company's announcement dated 2 September 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:- 1. Whether the Heads of Agreement is legally binding. In this respect, to specify the details of the conditions precedent that must be fulfilled and satisfied by the parties prior to entering into a definitive agreement. 2. The identity of the directors and major shareholders of SSN Medical Products Sdn Bhd (“SSN”) together with their shareholdings. 3. The Net Assets and Net Profits/Loss of SSN based on the latest audited financial statements. 4. The detailed basis to arrive at the purchase consideration for the 51% equity interest in SSN of RM5 million, taking into consideration of the Net Assets and Net Profits/Loss of SSN. 5. The differences between latex and nitrile gloves, as well as the differences between surgical, examination and specialty gloves, in terms of its usages and the target markets. 6. Basis and justification that SSN is a “significant player” in the specialty gloves market, and to be specific with regard to the term “significant player”.   7. With regards to SSN’s intended expansion of its capacity to over 1 billion gloves, to state the following: (i) The expected commencement and completion date for the expansion plan; (ii) The total number of additional production lines required to achieve the targeted capacity; and (iii) The total capital and investment outlay as well as financial commitment required by VIP Index Sdn Bhd/ Vizione Group together with the sources of funding and the breakdown thereof. 8. To clarify on the high value added medical disposables products that SSN intend to explore into, together with the timeline to undertake the same and the target markets for this products. 9. The outlook and prospects of the surgical, examination and specialty gloves in the countries where SSN operates. 10. To elaborate on the risks factors relevant to the Proposed Acquisition including but not limited to, the production risk, market risk and regulatory risk. 11. Whether any consents / approvals from the relevant government body, agency or authorities are required for the Proposed Acquisition. If so, please state the expected date of the submission and approvals to be obtained together with the name of the relevant government body, agency and authorities. 12. Whether the Proposed Acquisition will result in diversification in operations of Vizione Group pursuant to Paragraph 10.13 of the Main Market Listing Requirements and the reasons thereof.
