Congrat to your purchase. I am glad to see another investor is supporting in this platform to air his opionion. I ve just received the notice from OCBC of bank disbursement. I ve check with the MB admin when will I get the rental due to me. The admin replied as it will take 3 months once the bank started the payment. We shall arrange a day to visit MB developer if this is not happen. You can PM me to arrange a date and we go together to clarify the matter with MB.

SLTOK - did your bank inform u about the disbursement started? My bank confirmed today again that it has already done. MB admin did verify with me today the rental pay out to which bank account number. rental will kick off in 3 months after the bank disbursement. Prince bay now is still under maintenance. |

Hi SLTOK, How do you go to Prince bay desaru? Do you drive up or take MB arranged transport? if it is convenient for you, we can arrange to go together. By the way, I just enquired with the SA any chance to seek compensation for rental loss due to delay of project as agreed during sales that should be ready by April 2014. However, it seem no chance. It is really gd to have more ppl in this group to voice our opinion. cheers. |

Hi Kingsan, congrat! gd to know yr bank started disbursement. Yes, we can arrange to meet at CIQ desaru sales counter next wk Sunday? What is your convenient time? how can I contact you? Among all other Iskandar projects, Prince bay is worth considering. The sales booth is at JB CIQ.

Prince bay 屋主。买了下个月开始工期。但是屋子没消息进展。

但是担心几年后租不出去了想卖还卖不出。另外一个问题就是，屋子拖到现在还没正式入住，很奇怪。。
