Dear Residents,
We ve created a Facebook group under Prince Bay Desaru Residents. Owners are most welcome to visit the FB. By the way, partial furniture are uploaded to the FB for the owner to view.
Pls do take note that the FB is only meant for the Owner of the Prince Bay only. Thanks to Kingsan for initiating the idea. Special thanks to the SA, Mr Wong to take the time off to visit the site and get me the nice photo. Cheers.

新人报到，各位大大们现在情况如何了额？
开始有租客进来了吗？据我所知有些人是收到租金了，但是收到租金不代表真的有租客存在。。。
我是担心代理公司只是用那个6%租金来钓我们，然后两年后他们拍拍屁股走掉~
想请问下各位大大们会买这个地方的原因是什么？应该不是打算自己住的吧？引文位置蛮偏远的
是看上之后这一区的发展完成后（主题公园，海洋公园，高尔夫球场，豪华度假村），然后等房子的屋价上涨后转手卖掉赚一笔吗？
还是觉得之后这区的租金可以稳定成长？因为听说附近有RAPID和很多其他的就业机会，很多外国人士会来做工
如果照那些AGENT预计的话平均租金是3到4千块不等，但是我觉得真的有那么多吗?

很想知道现在是怎样了。。。
以前我也是看好desaru 的， 因为那条新桥/路做好了， 说什么很多人搬去那边住，然后去pasir gudang 啦，新山上班，来回不是问题省时间
看走眼了 |
