可悲的是,他说的 Kota Samarahan, Sarikei, Sri Aman, Samalaju, Lawas, Limbang, Bau and Serian, DIGI 都已经有4G了
未来的Bintagor, Saratok and Mukah, DIGI 也已经有了4G....

是说subscribe 之后不能取消
那么就要问maxis 了,能不能不要自动subscribe
因为在国外接电话也是会被charge的,那么过了limit 又自动subscribe
只是急事send了几个sms又自动subscribe?
如果真的不能取消这个自动subscribe的功能,那么就真的要投诉去相关部门了
不可能真的每次出国都关掉这个号码暂时不用吧
又不可能通知完全世界,自己的暂时新号码,别人有急事找的时候就够力了

请回skmm回复你了吗?我每个月都还RM 140.00 ,打超过有时帐单要到RM 147++
我也希望争取到RM68 + 5gb ![](static/image/smiley/default/loveliness.gif)
那天打去maxis centre热线,打了20分钟整30分钟才有人接听,果然好忙! 不懂是不是太多投诉电话要接听。
还好hotline不必付款,如果像AA 那样需要付款我看现在帐单不懂又被charges多少了。
原来说的4月7号offer的就是你付RM 158 ,拿到10gb + unlimited call .
我们问他为何沙巴和我们这里不一样, 他们既然说沙巴线路之前比较差所以现在改进给他们。
然后我们问回他,哦,那雪兰莪就很好啦,我们比较有钱,付得起超过RM 100的台费。

最难选就是倒是给你升级然后用新合约绑你

你家人在你出国的时候肯定不会没事就kacau你
万一有急事咧?
老爸老妈不见得每个会用watsapp wechat
然后有些人不明号码又不接
你要怎样给他知道新号码?
银行咧?信用卡confirmation咧?

skmm 回复如下,现在等maxis reply or call 我。话说已经三天了都还没有收到任何回复,下个星期在没有回复的话我在写多一次给skmm。话说我打去hotline也是没有接电话,
所以我就选择live chat 虽然是久了点 但是还是可以联络上客服人员。
沙巴那里不一样了 也是一样under 马来西亚阿 哈哈 很多人也说今天会出新的配套,
可是我进去website看 还是一样没动静勒。。最近我jb这里他的3g 好像会断一下断一下的感觉

去年celcom推出RM38的优惠,身边很多的朋友都签这个配套。
我也签了(本来用着digi的)。
用了大概一个月,不是很满意,一直会没有data。不知道是不是我的问题。
过后发现digi有新的配套,就是以大概RM35的优惠价来签购RM50的配套。
然后又再回到digi的怀抱了。
优惠价是第一年而已,过后会回复原本的价钱。还有几个月就到了。
到时再看看。 |

但是没有提到internet roaming 的activate 方式

其实不是你的问题, 而是太多人突然转去celcom

看看我的maxis one plan RM 128 + 其他的费用,都要换RM 147.00++
已经扣除RM 5.00 item billed了我也不明白还加入什么费用。
真得想terminate contract赔RM 470 + penalty算了。

问题就在这里,电信怎么确认是用户打开了Internet Roaming? 电信是不是很有信心如果他们系统不会出错?
所以避免睁着,为什么不把Internet Roaming换回去以前的购买方式,必须发简讯或拨打*# xxx 购买方式。因为Internet Roaming 的需求不是大部分都需要的,没必要弄得那么智能方便。 还有收费不便宜。

没counter offer逃跑咯还等什么。。maxis one 两年前可以说是一个好配套
今天继续保持这个价位已经很落后了
1条线省RM50 10条线1个月省500
1年就6k了
做销售买架顶级机来吹还好啦
谁会关心你用什么台
