- Establishment of new subsidiary by OSK Asia Holdings Limited in Shanghai, the
People's Republic of China
We are pleased to announce that our indirect subsidiary in Hong Kong, OSK Asia
Holdings Limited ('OSKAHL'), has on 9 May 2008 received the business license to
establish a new subsidiary, namely OSK (China) Investment Advisory Co. Ltd
('OSKCIA') in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China. The said business
license dated 7 May 2008 was issued by the Shanghai Administration of Industry
and Commerce.

OSKCIA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSKAHL, a 91%-owned subsidiary of OSK
Investments Bank Berhad, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSK.

OSKCIA was incorporated with a registered capital of USD2,000,000. It will be
principally involved in the provision of investment and business advisory and
related services.

The establishment of the abovementioned subsidiary is not expected to have any
material effect on the earnings of OSK for the financial year ending 31
December 2008.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or person connected to them
has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said establishment.

This announcement is dated 9 May 2008.

告诉你们一件事，我最近看到市道差所以在网上没交易。。今天收到OSK's Email告诉我的网上户口快expiry..

After that, 我call remisier to check why 我的account 这么快expiry, Not make sense..!!

Then 他告诉我因为我过去2个月没交易所以要do some transaction 才能 activate.. Does it make sense?

REMARKS : 我的户口在08年1月才开的。。

水钱少对买卖股票很重要，当要cut loss的时候，可以输少一点；当要profit taking的时候，可以赢多一点。

打电话买卖，brokerage fee至少要RM40,现在业绩报告一出，profit不跌都不行。Securities Firm 或 Investment Bank自己害死自己。
