（吉隆坡14日讯）婆罗洲石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板贸服股）以4700万令吉收购一项砂石矿分租权，加码石灰岩矿务业务。

婆罗洲石油今日向马交所报备，有关地段位于沙巴，占地5.378公顷，含627万8000公吨砂石，租期30年，可另加30年。

该公司称，会以内部资金支付，不会影响净资产值和负债率，且会带来积极贡献；交易可在2个月之内完成。 【e南洋】
