（吉隆坡1日訊）必達能源（PENERGY,5133,主板貿服組）進軍海底油氣業受分析員看好，認為該公司有能力競標更多合約，加強該公司中長期的盈利表現。

必達能源宣佈全購PE Ventures私人有限公司，藉著該公司握有Bumi Subsea私人有限公司51%的股權，進軍海底油氣業。

分析員相當看好此次全購計劃，預料必達能源擁有PE Ventures後，將有能力競標海底油氣業的合約，彌補現有不甚活躍的油田發展活動，因此相信該公司正積極開拓該項業務的產能。

Bumi Subsea私人有限公司持有國油頒發的執照，主要是允許該公司進行海底檢測、修復和維修（IRM）的工作，該執照為期3年，截止於2014年9月14日。

此外，該公司也是法國Bourbon海底服務委任的特許代理，受委在大馬進行為期5年，至2016年1月17日的海底與深海服務。

手握10億合約

在海內外的市場，大眾研究預料，必達能源海底油氣業務所能競標的合約價值達10億令吉左右，並於2014年首季，合約陸續開動後，為公司總收入帶來可觀的貢獻，其中潛在頒發合約者包括埃克森美孚（Exxon Mobil）、蜆殼（Shell）及墨爾菲（Murphy）。

然而，必達能源由於過往業績紀錄並不甚亮眼，進而影響其運營利潤率低，致使興業研究對該公司未來的展望仍有所保留。

（吉隆坡4日讯）必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）与国家石油（Petronas）联营的登嘉楼Kapal、Banang和Meranti（KBM）小型油田区，成功生产出第一批原油。

该公司今日向马交所报备，KBM小型油田区在去年12月16日正式投产，生产初期，原油的产量约为每日为1万桶原油，高峰期则可高达每日1万3000桶。

必达能源指出，KBM小型油田区由Coastal能源KBM私人有限公司负责营运，是该公司与国油于2012年6月签署的风险服务合约（Risk ServiceContract，RSC）下的联营公司。

该合约为期8年，Kapal是首个踏入发展与生产阶段的油井。

Kapal油田设有流动岸外生产单位（MOPU）、可储存近60万桶油的油轮、钻井和两个可弯曲油管。

KBM小型油田区是国油继Balai小型油田区和Berantai小型油田区后，第三个成功生产原油的风险服务合约。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of PENERGY is pleased to announce that Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) had announced the first oil production from the Kapal, Banang & Meranti (KBM) Cluster fields, offshore Peninsular Malaysia which commenced on 16 December 2013. The KBM Cluster, operated by Coastal Energy KBM Sdn Bhd, was developed with the JV (joint venture) partner of the Company under a Risk Service Contract (RSC) since June 2012. This is the third RSC that has successfully achieved oil production, after the Balai Cluster and Berantai Fields. The KBM Cluster is an eight-year development project with Kapal being in its first development and production phase. The Kapal field facilities consist of one mobile offshore production unit (MOPU), one storage tanker with approximately 600,000 barrels capacity, one drilling rig with an attached well bay module and two flexible flow lines. According to PETRONAS, through this mobile offshore production concept, there is plan to continue determining the potential production from the three KBM fields. The initial production rates from the cluster were over 10,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd), with peak production reaching 13,000 bopd. 必达能源逾8千万 售工作驳船予柏达纳

（吉隆坡10日讯）必达能源有限公司（PENERGY，5133，贸易服务组）正洽商以2500万美元（8325万令吉）代价，出售其住宿工作驳船予Petra Endeavour号予柏达纳石油有限公司（PERDANA，7108，贸易服务组）。

市场传言，两造自去年中旬已经开始洽商，惟一些细节仍须在正式签署之前敲定。

虽然涉及两方都拒绝对这项交易作出评论，消息来源称，柏达纳石油有意把上述工作驳船租赁予大股东达洋企业有限公司（DAYANG，5141，贸易服务组），后者持有柏达纳石油的24.88%股权。

达洋企业早前已经于2013年5月获得砂拉越蚬壳和沙巴蚬壳石油的一项20亿令吉维修、链接建筑和调试工程。

消息说：“柏达纳石油放眼购买上述船只以迎合达洋企业。蚬壳要求达洋企业利用一艘工作驳船，而非工作船，因此最快方式将是透过收购。”

若上述脱售落实，所获得的现金则将用作必达能源扩充计划。

在财务方面，必达能源并没有如石油与天然气工业其他同业一般响亮。

在截至2013年9月30日止首9个月，其净盈利急挫40%，由之前的2135万令吉退至1281万令吉。收益则从一年前的4亿6360万令吉，降至3亿3339万令吉。每股收益由之前的9.96仙减至3.98仙。

上述期间，该公司的融资成本达873万令吉或相等于净盈利的逾68%。同时，必达能源也拥有1856万令吉的负数经营流动现金。截至同时间，该公司的现金结存达1亿1210万令吉，及短期贷款1亿2100万令吉。

而柏达纳石油与拥有18艘的船队。该公司在去年首9个月录得了3977万令吉净盈利，以及1亿9661万令吉收益。【光华日报财经】

传必达联营财团 获国油风险分散合约

（吉隆坡19日讯）消息称，必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）、滨海能源（Coastal Energy）及Vestigo石油私人有限公司的联营公司，将获得国油公司（Petronas）颁发一项风险分散合约（RSC）。

《The Edge》财经周刊引述消息报道，三家公司目前正分析集群油田的数据，以便日后作出选择。

消息称，一旦数据显现正面结果，届时将会成立联营和股权结构，随后国油将颁发合约。

“若一切顺利，风险分散合约估计会在7或9月份颁出。”

不过，当被询及上述合约时，必达能源管理层却三缄其口，不愿多谈。

此风险分散合约预计可为三家公司的净利带来正面贡献。

Vestigo石油是国油的子公司，3月杪刚获颁Tembikai油田的风险分散合约。

同时，该公司与沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）的联营公司，预计也会获得Bubu油田的风险分散合约。

假设Vestigo石油这次真的获国油颁发上述合约，则这会是其第二个或第三个从国油获颁的风险分散合约。【南洋网财经】

受益於泛馬（Pan Malaysia）項目的貢獻，加上料將陸續獲頒更多的項目合約，分析員對必達能源的盈利前景抱持樂觀態度，維持“超越大市”的評級。

大眾研究透露，必達能源來臨的盈利可見度，主要來自泛馬5年合約價值共20億令吉的連接、建築與啟動（HuCC）項目、蜆殼（SHELL）的Gumusut-Kakap油田發展計劃、以及埃克森美孚（ExxonMobil）的Tapis油田強化採油（EOR）項目。

該集團的KBM採油區風險服務合約（RSC）也料將從2015財政下半年開始每季度作出薪酬費用貢獻。大眾表示，迄今為止必達能源已經為此投入總資本開支3億2千萬美元的半數以上，並相信該集團與泰國沿海能源公司計劃在今年內完成所有的鑽探活動，以便能夠進一步降低成本並將資源用於其他合約項目。

此外，海底服務與船舶租賃業務，以及邊際油田方面持續的發展項目，都被大眾視為必達能源主要的盈利來源。

該集團目前的訂單量高達30億令吉，另外正競標著19億令吉的項目。大眾透露，泛馬的連接、建築與啟動項目佔據該集團總訂單的75至80%，而剩餘的訂單主要以成本加利潤條款進行，意味著更高的賺幅。

至於必達能源其他的競標，主要涉足海底與維修活動等支援服務，其中部份的海底項目預計將對集團的淨利帶來顯著的貢獻。

KBM採油區成“金礦”‧必達能源上漲空間大

（吉隆坡9日訊）達證券認為，KBM採油區成為必達能源（PENERGY,5133,主板貿服組）的“金礦”，未來將為該公司業務增長提供更多上漲空間。

達證券在報告中說，必達能源打算開發海底作業、強化採油（EOR）、移動平台（Liftboat）等業務，若一一落實，有助加強估值。

目前，該公司在KBM採油區的風險服務合約中持有30%股權，若順利以既有資產提供更多服務，相信可以爭取更高營收。

達證券以2015至2020年每日產油5千917桶、油價105美元、資本開銷及營運開銷12億令吉、產油成本54美元、營運賺幅35%等為基準推測後，估計KBM採油區的風險服務合約可將必達能源的估值提高34仙。

同時，在泛馬油田的連接、建築與啟動（HUCC）項目帶動下，該公司的船租業務賺幅逐步回穩，從2013年的0.3%升至2014年的15%左右。

管理層看好租金將增加最多15%，在增購新船後，使用率仍有望由2013年的72%提高到2014年的80%，相信泛馬油田合約可帶來穩定的營收。

為爭取更多新合約，該公司計劃增購新的工作船，也可能添購移動平台。

達證券雖未給予評級，卻估算必達能源合理價為3令吉34仙，在2014年業務展望改善之下，未來擁有不俗的上漲空間。
