亞航委任美上市公司為技術夥伴

（吉隆坡7日訊）亞洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主要板貿服）宣佈，委任美國上市公司Salesforce.com為戰略技術合作夥伴。

根據亞航文告，未來將使用Salesforce的各類雲端服務，包括銷售、營銷和客服等，以為客戶提供更快速且個性化的服務。

亞航集團總執行長丹斯里東尼費南德斯透過文告指出，Salesforce的業務符合亞航以客戶為中心的理念，因為該平台能夠全面的了解所有客戶的需求，從而實現更快速和更個性化的服務。

Salesforce亞太區執行副主席兼總經理馬克英斯（Mark Innes）稱，亞航不斷推動創新，而Salesforce則能夠幫助其實現以客戶為中心的理念，並對此感到自豪。

文告指出，Salesforce Community Cloud社區服務系統可支持8种語言，包括英語、國語、印尼語、泰語、越語、中文、日語和韓語。【中国报财经】

印度亞航準備明年衝出海外

（新德里8日訊）印度亞航明年開展東南亞區國際業務，但在此之前將重點擴大國內網絡，并提高航班次數。

該航空公司日前宣佈，從3月17日起新增飛往那格浦爾（Nagpur）、印多爾（Indore）、班加羅爾（Bengaluru）、加爾各答（Kolkata）和果阿邦（Goa）的航線。

根據印度IANS通訊社，印度亞航總執行長阿馬爾阿布洛指出，將首先增加飛往新的國內目的地的航班班次，同時正考慮今年啟動四到五個新城市的航班。

“我們正為國際業務做好准備，料在2019年首季開始。”

受詢及第一個要進軍的國際市場，阿馬爾阿布洛透露：“可以是從印度東部海岸到東南亞任何地方，特別是泰國和馬來西亞。”

除了增加更多的國內航班班次外，該公司也冀在年底實現收支平衡。

另外，儘管國際油價開始回彈，但印度亞航承諾繼續為客戶提供“最低票價”；同時，該公司亦計劃在未來4至5年內開啟飛機租賃業務。【中国报财经】

今年再卖非核心资产
亚航专注发展电子业务

（吉隆坡12日讯）亚洲航空集团总执行长丹斯里东尼费南德斯表示，公司将侧重建立数字电子业务组合，并视其为公司发展的重点项目之一。

他说：“亚航集团继早前售出非核心资产后，将再次兑现售出资产的承诺。今年将再次售出部分资产，并且买入相关资产，以建立公司的数字电子业务组合。”

东尼今天发推文指出：“我们已兑现早前所许下的承诺，现在则会将重心专注于公司和数字电子业务架构。”

东尼早前一再重申，将会出售旗下非核心资产，并将重心专注于公司的主要核心业务。

他曾经指出，亚航集团的净利主要源自售卖机票和辅助收入。

“出租飞机业务并不是分析员看重的业务，这就是我们脱售的原因。”

年底卖完Expedia

东尼也证实早前报道称，亚洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主板贸服股）将出售其著名旅游预订网站Expedia的25%股权，并预计该出售计划将于年末完成。

同时，该集团也计划出售其饮食生意Santan、物流和航空货运业务。

东尼也透过Instagram发布消息说：“公司将会注重投资电子科技如‘BigPay’电子钱包和预付卡服务。”【e南洋】
