很久没有回复了。。
可是放心，我一直有有在读。。
最近PFE可以说是拜拜了。。
一边（右边）完全发出不了声音。。
写email去投诉，去请问如何claim warranty，却犹如石沉大海。。
真的感觉到很愤怒。。
加上aurvana又给女友弄坏，更加无奈。。

原本是用aurvana和ep630与女友交换。。
可是她却投诉说aurvana有问题。。
我pass给她的时候，明明就是没有问题的。。
后来我CSI了，发现aurvana的线已经不成线形，就质问她。。
其实不必问我也知道。。她没有照顾。。:@:@

之前一排用回ep630，发现它和philips SA5245搭配得很好。。
以60块钱来讲，真的很值得。。
只是bass显得有点污浊，下不去，上不来。
可是中频却出奇的讨好。。
而且ep630，可以说是偏向暖声，和SA5245的偏冷，可说是配得很好。。
我第一次觉得ep630这耳机，我没有买错。。

后来经过我的妙手仁心（我不忍让aurvana就此离开我，于是为它动手术）
aurvana复活了。可以听见声音，可是有时头移动就会影响到它。
和SA5245也蛮搭配。可是声音偏暖暖，有点不适应。
或许是因为之前被PFE宠坏了耳朵。

我死都要从phonak那儿要回一对新的PFE

声音方面， 它真的是通吃。。
什么类型的歌都可以听。。。

我正在与phonak 新加坡方面谈着如何claim warantty。
他们告诉我说，8月会有一批新的model到来。
这批新的货，是经过改良的，尤其是线材方面。
还说能一劳永逸，能解决线材的问题。
这次不需要在past来post去，可以直接上到他们的公司去换。

Thanks for your reply. Can i know more about the new model that you would like to offer me??
We are still waiting for the details to come for new models. What we know is that improvement has been done in cables. The new product will be available only in August.




There are some question i would like to clarify before i can claim my warranty.




1) How do I claim the warranty? Of course i have to show you my receipt. Any other document that you might need?

     For every damaged Audeo PFE- please send it in original packaging with the receipt.



2) Can i straight go to your office to exchange the products?? Or we still deal with postage??
     If you are in Singapore, please make prior time with Udeet and you can come to exchange the product. Udeet will also need to ensure that we already have the replacement for you in stock here.




3) Any extra cost involve in this warranty claim??
     There is no extra cost involved.




4) What is the standard procedure for me to claim the warranty?
The same answer as 1)- if damaged you email us to ask for replacement, bring the product to us for exchange along with the original packaging and  receipt and we have a look to ensure the damage is genuine and then we offer you the exchange if the product is available.




I prefer to bring this to your office, and not through the postage. Please let me know the information of this warranty claiming, so that I can arrange for the trip.

PFE第一批真的令人头痛，之前就快买下手了。
不过，Headfi 那边就不断传出质量的问题。so far 在这里大家只是线有问题而已？
casing好像也不太耐

PFE的问题包括：胶质硬化而破裂的线，Casing破裂，耳机一边没声音。
我的已经是第三副，之前的第一副耳机一边没声音，第二副Casing破裂第三副暂时只有电线变硬，还没有问题。希望它在八月後才死，这样可以拿到改良版

我的PFE老早有问题了。左边的耳塞有一个小裂痕。但是没有影响音质。

我和hm1130的应该是第二批，但是批批都是将烂 。
我看如果新的版本再有问题，索性把它改custom好了。

p/s:我是kukarchoon，之前的账号不知道为什么不能用了。我已经email他们看可以换没有，现在等回复。

哦。。。怎么说呢？它最适合听rock, punk和metal？大概要多少钱？我的player是sony walkman s738f。。。应该搭配哪一款耳机才适合？我个人蛮喜欢日本的audio-technica。。。有什么audio-technica的型号适合我的s738吗？

Fiio 又有新产品

E1- Ipod专有的Amp，直接从ipod拿电，体积还满小。
       好像LOD的插座

E7- USB DAC + AMP， 详情还有待公布
          这个我会比较期待
