名稱相近引起混淆‧Trinity澄清與達南無關聯

（雪蘭莪‧蒲種12日訊）Trinity集團私人有限公司（Trinity Group）澄清，該公司與前身為達南公司的Trinity Corporation Berhad毫無關聯；基於兩家公司名稱相近已引起不必要的混淆，該集團已入稟吉隆坡高庭，要求法庭宣判Trinity名稱到底歸哪家公司。

該公司董事經理拿督梁斯傑在新聞發佈會上指出，作為綜合精品產業發展商的Trinity集團私人有限公司，無論聯營公司、董事、持股人方面，完全與Trinity Corporation Berhad沒有任何關聯。

“Trinity集團創立於2004年，是一家私人有限公司，由我與妻子擁有，而達南公司則為上市公司。＂他指出，Trinity集團最近推介產業發展計劃The Zeva，一些客戶、商業夥伴、持股人甚至公眾頻頻詢問該公司與達南的關聯，或要求該公司做出澄清。

“不論我們如何解釋，一些購屋者都不接受，部份購屋者更要求取消已訂購的產業。＂梁斯傑強調，該公司這些年來辛苦經營的品牌與名譽，不想因任何理由遭到破壞，因此該公司今日特別做出澄清。

“我們正在等待法官作出判決，再視判決決定下一步行動。。＂在場者包括Trinity集團首席營運員邱金光、總經理黃靜儀、代表律師饒健發。

大臣：雪成功向達南追回3億

此外，雪州大臣丹斯里卡立指出，雪州政府成功向達南集團追討3億零271萬1千361令吉的債務。

他今早上在雪州議會上回答雙武隆州議員拿督三蘇汀的口頭提問時，如是指出。（星洲日報）

無奈捲入政治風波‧迪尼帝：土地估值依指南行事

（吉隆坡17日訊）迪尼帝（TRINITY，2259，主板產業組）強烈譴責近期政治人物挑起達南（TALAM）（迪尼帝之前身）風波，指所有售地交易都是在最具透明度的情況下進行，並對政治人物以偏概全看待事件的態度表示無奈。

該公司主席曾慶炎在股東大會後表示，其實這根本不應該成為討論的課題，因為所有的交易活動都是在大馬交易所及證券監督委員會的監督之下進行，且在股東特大上獲通過。

“如果他們（政治人物）不明白當中的細節，可翻閱特大通知書。”

他指出，政治人物只是選擇性挑起某些部份來炒作，而沒有以全面角度看待各項交易，導致公司的形象受損，並影響市場對公司的信心。

“土地估值完全依據證監會發出的指南進行，沒有涉及任何舞弊。”

他補充，雪州政府沒有因為收購公司的地庫而蒙虧，反而當前土地價格不斷飆漲，雪州政府是在賺錢，而且若公司當初沒有售地，也受惠於土地價值上升而取得更高的賬面盈利。

雖然今日出席迪尼帝股東大會的股東人數不多，但根據瞭解，小股東都對此事件深表關注，期望事件能儘快有個了結，以免對打擊股價表現。

股價重創寫歷史新低
曾慶炎不諱言，此負面消息對股價造成嚴重影響，創下歷史新低，因此希望事件能儘快過去，避免持續拖累公司營運。

“須強調的是，我們不存有政治立場，凡事只以股東的利益為出發點。”

明年重新出發
推聯營產業計劃
業務營運方面，迪尼帝期望今年杪完成所有的擱置產業後，能從明年起“重新出發”，其中多個將落實的聯營計劃了可在未來兩年內，捎來超過1億令吉營業額貢獻。

曾慶炎說，公司首兩年至少會展開10項聯營計劃，主要在坐落在雪隆區，隨後才推出本身的產業計劃，而現階段會著重在工業發展計劃方面。

“目前我們仍持有超過2千英畝地庫，可供未來10年的發展之用，涉及的發展總值更達30億至40億令吉。”

他指出，公司經過6年的苦苦掙扎，展開多項資產脫售行動套現，至當前負債額僅剩5億令吉，且一直與債權人洽談債務償還方案，相信各項聯營計劃所釋放的收益可促使業務持穩。

淨虧損大幅收窄
截至2012年4月30日首季，迪尼帝仍蒙受54萬9千令吉淨虧損，惟較前期2千597萬令吉淨虧損大幅收窄。至於截至2012年1月31日全年則寫下1億2千640萬6千令吉淨虧損。

另外，針對近期一家私人有限公司（Trinity Group）入稟吉隆坡高庭，要求法庭宣判“Trinity”名稱到底歸哪家公司的做法，曾慶炎指出，基於此事件已帶上法庭，公司不便發表太多言論。（星洲日報／財經）

最近，達南一股被兩黨“吵”得很受注目，我注意到這隻股（現已改名迪尼帝TRINITY，2259，主板產業組）股價只有幾仙，請問可以撿“便宜貨”嗎？
1）現在它的大股東是誰？主要業務是甚麼？
2）最新的業績如何？有賺錢嗎？
3）前景如何？

答：
1）從迪尼帝最新常年報告書顯示，截至2012年6月4日止，該公司的大股東為丹斯里陳雅才，他直接持有1.01%股權，以及間接持有30.89%股權。該公司的主要業務為產業發展與投資。

2）最新業績仍然蒙受虧損，不過，虧損幅度已大幅度縮減。

截至2012年4月30日為止首季，營業額為5千111萬8千令吉，前期為1千318萬令吉。而首季淨虧損減少至54萬9千令吉，前期淨虧損2千597萬令吉。截至2012年4月30日止，每股資產值為14仙。

3）據該公司在宣佈最新首季業績時，對於公司業務前景，它預料2012年具挑戰性，因為產業市場走軟，特別是國行實施更嚴厲的借貸指南所致。同時，該公司預期建築成本將持續走高。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

（吉隆坡20日訊）Trinity集團私人有限公司（Trinity Group Sdn Bhd）表示獲吉隆坡高庭口頭判決勝訴，使用“Trinity”品牌名稱，惟前稱達南的上市公司TRINITY（TRINITY，2259，主要板房產）已申請上訴。
　
Trinity集團董事經理梁斯傑今日在記者會上說，Trinity名稱鬧雙包事件，不僅影響該公司信譽及生意量，也導致民眾對公司房產失去信心。

“我們不單單為了自己，也為了保護消費者免受混淆。”
　
該公司因而註冊商標並以“Trinity”為該公司的標誌，並保留所有權利。
　
“高庭已口頭裁決我們在Trinity名稱鬧雙包中勝訴。”
　
文告指出，高庭認為，Trinity集團在大馬房產業已有相當顯著形象及良好聲譽。被告TRINITY使用同一名稱導致消費者產生混淆。
　
惟自9月26日獲得吉隆坡高庭口頭判決至今，Trinity等了近2月仍未獲得高庭的書面判決。
　
今日一同出席記者會的饒健發律師說：“被告TRINITY已申請上訴及暫緩，開審日期暫未定。”
　
Trinity集團正等待書面判決並計算該事件造成的損失。

提呈達南債務白皮書 雪州討回近4億債務

（莎阿南20日訊）雪州政府通過州議會提呈達南集團債務白皮書，解釋州政府通過達南全盤債務合約，成功追討3億9200萬令吉債務，並強調相關合約主要為確保雪州子公司能追回達南債務，并非拯救朋黨。

他說，大臣機構（MBI）接收債務過程只花費42萬令吉，應付法律費用和銀行利息，當中並沒涉及現金或物值形式付款給達南集團，以獲有關土地或資產。
　
“通過會計公司獨立調查報告認為，州政府通過該債務合約方式收取債務，是最佳的商業決定。”

Trinity 卖地进账1.94亿

（吉隆坡7日讯）Trinity（Trinity，2259，主板产业股）（前称打南/Talam）以1亿940万令吉现金，脱售在乌鲁冷岳的一项产业给Best Boulevard私人有限公司（BBSB）。

Trinity向马交所报备，配合上述脱售交易，它持股99.65%的子公司Bukit Khazanah私人有限公司，今日正式与BBSB签署一项买卖合约。

据文告，上述产业占地大约4万4786平方米，设有一座作为休闲俱乐部的建筑物；BBSB是Beverly集团私人有限公司的子公司，主要业务为投资和产业发展。

Trinity表示，脱售这土地有助改善资金状况，同时可降低债务。

Trinity如今正蒙亏，截至今年7月30日止次季，该公司净亏1191万2000令吉，上半年则累计净亏1246万1000令吉。[Nanyang]

Trinity 公司名纠纷庭外和解

（吉隆坡15日讯）前身为打南集团（Talam）的Trinity公司（Trinity，2259，主板产业股）与Trinity集团私人有限公司间的公司名称闹双包申诉案，达成庭外和解。

吉隆坡高等法院11月杪判Trinity集团胜诉，获得继续使用Trinity名称，而Trinity公司则上诉。

不过，双方在庭外协商后达成和解。

根据和解方案，Trinity公司会撤销上诉，并将在来临的股东大会或2013年7月31日前，寻求股东批准更换公司名字，以及支付起诉人6万令吉。

起诉人则不追讨任何损坏赔偿。[Nanyang]
