(吉隆坡13日讯)由于赚幅下滑和认列去年员工认股计划的相关花费，部分抵销了销量增高，柏马汽车(BAUTO,5248,主板消费产品服务组)截至2019年7月31日首季净利微增0.47%至5051万5000令吉，前期为5027万8000令吉。

该公司首季营业额达5亿3504万4000令吉，相比前期4亿8539万6000令吉，增长了9.28%。

派息3.25仙

柏马汽车宣布派发3.25仙股息，除权日落在10月9日，10日为享有日。

柏马汽车通过文告表示，全球逆风如中美贸易紧张以及对全球经济衰退的担忧加剧，都对马币带来压力和压抑了消费情绪。

再加上，消费者与商家预计将在目前经济环境里保持谨慎态度，大马车商公会维持2019年汽车总销量60万辆目标。

对此，该公司认为，尽管下半年将面对一些挑战，但对预计推出的全新马自达 CX-5、CX-8和CX-30以及改装版马自达CX-5持乐观态度。

对于菲律宾2018年1月实施的改革加速包容法案（TRAIN），鼓励商用车部门尤其小货车吸收零消费税，该公司尚未充分利用该优势，归因于现有的马自达BT-50是老化型号。

但该公司管理层表示，计划明年将推出新款马自达BT-50。

柏马汽车表示，未来将通过经销商的可持续支持来进一步加强品牌资产，和凭借即将推出的新款和改款汽车来提高收入和盈利能力。

（吉隆坡16日讯）Bermaz Auto Bhd（BAuto）截至今年1月杪第三季（2020财年第三季）净利暴跌66.5%至2715万令吉，主要是本地业务盈利贡献减少及联号公司大马马自达私人有限公司（Mazda Malaysia Sdn Bhd）的共享盈利贡献下滑。

2020财年第三季每股盈利跌至2.34仙，去年同期为6.99仙。

季度营业额也萎缩接近40%至4亿6746万令吉，一年前报7亿7813万令吉。BAuto表示，营业额下跌是因为本地及菲律宾业务的销量下滑。

该集团宣布，派发每股1.45仙第三次中期单层股息，将于5月28日支付，去年则派息4.5仙。这把2020财年首9个月的总股息增至7.45仙，一年前为10.75仙。

截至今年1月杪首9个月（2020财年首9个月），净利狂泻52.2%至9805万令吉，之前为2亿521万令吉，营业额则从19亿5000万令吉下跌25.3%至14亿6000万令吉。

展望未来，BAuto表示，集团的最后一季表现将极具挑战性。

今年，大马汽车总销量预计达60万7000辆，比去年的60万4287辆微增0.4%，主要是考量到当前经济欠稳及金融机构缩紧信贷评估影响了消费者开支。

该集团补充说：“今年大马汽车业预计仍充满挑战性，因汽车业者竞争剧烈。全球逆风如美中贸易战、新冠肺炎爆发、担忧全球经济衰退及最近的政治动荡，导致消费者情绪疲弱，尤其是购买诸如汽车的大件物品。”

BAuto指出，Bermaz Auto Philippines Inc寻求通过进一步加强品牌资产、持续的经销商支持和推出新的和中期改款（Facelift）车型，以保持其收入和盈利能力。

BAuto以1.48令吉平盘挂收，市值达17亿2000万令吉，约344万股转手。
