我的意思是如果你不欣赏她的产品,这表示她的行销/策略不够好,那你为何愿意做她的小老板之一?你如何肯定她会越赚越多?

1. 我不觉得HAIO的门市做的很好,所以我不买进HAIO。
2. 我觉得Bonia的店每天很冷清,所以我不买进Bonia。

我和生意先生有同感,真得不很了解 Bonia 怎么那么赚钱。另一间让我不了解的公司是宝光。我每次去PJ Sec14 Jaya Shopping Centre,印象中好像从来没有什么客人在那儿光顾,都是几个店员在聊天。可是他还是赚钱。结婚的时候我也有考虑过买宝光的诫指,可是好像都有点俗,结果没选上。我手上目前却有一点点宝光的股票,也只是希望借最近金价的飙升,她可以有另一波的存货盈利。当然,买进宝光,我承认那是有点投机的成分。

回到海鸥,海鸥是有一定的顾客群,虽然门市比不上余仁生,可是胜在物廉价美。如今努力进行行销,打广告扩充知名度,行销策略年轻化,应该算是走得很好的一步棋,值得期待。呵呵,我手上没有海鸥。

投资很奇怪,不要只是相信你所看到的,因为你的level太低,搞不懂很多事情。
但是,有时候你必须相信你所看到的,因为那是事实。
这是我的经验。

说真的,
以前曾买过BONIA 的股票。但每次看到他的店没人,SEND email 又不回。。最后还是将它卖了。。心中总是觉得不放心。。

现在有了haio, 又不知道要不要。。
非常的奇怪。。看起来没人。。可是有很赚钱哦。。

如果,你做过传销或找个马来人,来看看海鸥的传销经营方式,我想你将会明白它的前景如何。以海鸥的炒 Marketing Plan 方法,我想不会赚超过三年,MLM 的业绩一定下滑。因为完全没有 Repeat Sales。其实,想知道答案,真的不用争辩。去找个马来人朋友,听他解释海鸥的 MLM 经营方法,才来断定它的前景。相信你自己所看到的。

近年来,海鸥的成长完全来自于 MLM 的动力。如果火车停止,恢复依赖中药生意的海鸥,也将平平无奇。而且,这个老板又太多不切实际的大梦想。投资买股,最怕一直要多元化业务的大老板。他是拿众多股东的钱,去完成自己想要做的事情,并没有把股东的利益摆在第一位。

我想, Mr。Business也是好意的从生意的角度来看企业的本质。悉听尊便。

我同意你的看法,MLM可以再走多久呢?
所以,我已不再投资HAIO。
但,这不代表我们是对的,就如同我在楼上说的一样。

次季盈利劲扬82%


(吉隆坡19日讯)海鸥(HAIO,7668,二版贸服股)在截至今年10月31日止的第二季内,取得1千298万5千令吉的税前盈利,较前期的715万3千令吉劲扬81.53%。

该公司第二季的营业额也上涨92.31%至8千零51万7千令吉,前期为4千186万7千令吉。

海鸥在文告中指出,该公司的盈利增长,主要是归功于其子公司及多层次直销(MLM)业务的较高盈利贡献,而营业额的增长也除了上述因素外,也因脱售旗下的投资而获取额外的收入。

在截至10月31日的首半年内,其税前盈利为2千282万8千令吉,较前期的1千291万7千令吉提高76.73%,其首半年的营业额也增加72.10%至1亿3千979万3千令吉,前期为8千122万7千令吉。

该公司董事部建议派发8仙的中期股息。

老实讲。。他们的产品还不错。。有质量。。

因为我老婆也在sembonia也买了不少。。bag,shoes...
大减价时。。瞒多人。。

跟你不同的是我似乎越來越後悔太早賣了bonia,
因爲我發現其實它的子公司的產品照顧了一些比較年輕的顧客,
我問過promoter,她說回頭客蠻多的,
而且產品相當耐用,
所以口碑不錯,
而我發現在購物中心裏的櫃檯生意有增長的趨勢,
相信自己將在不久的將來再次購買其公司的股票

直銷業務成長快
券商上調海鷗目標價

(吉隆坡30日訊)海鷗(HAIO,7668,主板貿易)直銷業務成長迅速,加上高達7.7%優渥的股息回酬率,券商調高海鷗目標價至4.18令吉。
艾芬投資研究報告指出,直銷業務標青,每月新直銷商平均人數高達2000至2500人,總直銷商從今年年中的6萬人,激增至7萬人。

報告說,海鷗做為電視節目“Jom Heboh”贊助商,成功提高消費者對海鷗產品及品牌的認同。

該公司約95%的直銷商為馬來族群,海鷗將從公務員加薪措施中獲益。

“另外,海鷗在08財年首半年派發8仙股息,超過市場預期。”

料派息22.4仙

艾芬投資維持海鷗在08財年至2010財年的每股派息預估,為淨利的51%至52%,每股派息達19仙至27仙。

該券商預計,海鷗08財年淨利為3090萬令吉,每股派息將達19.2仙,本益比僅8倍;09財年淨利將突破3670萬令吉,料每股派息高達22.4仙,本益比則降至6.6倍。

因此,艾芬投資維持海鷗“買進”(Buy)投資評級,目標價高達4.18令吉。

海鷗上週五平盤報3.34令吉報開,閉市掛3.60令吉,揚升2仙 ,成交量達14萬9300股。

HAI-O Enterprise Bhd, a wholesaler and retailer of Chinese herbs and medicine, is spending RM50 million to buy a plot of land and build new facilities in Kapar, Selangor.

The company will pay RM45 million to Bata (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for a 11.2ha site, and spend another RM5 million to set up a new factory and a warehouse there, senior officials said.
It has yet to finalise the building plan and manufacturing output, they added.

Managing director and chief executive officer Tan Kai Hee said the company would use its reserves to pay for the land and build new buildings to expand its manufacturing output. It may also consider a private placement to raise the fund.

"We are cash-rich, generating RM10 million to RM15 million annually to our reserves," Tan told reporters at the signing of a sale and purchase agreement on the Kapar land in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Financial controller Hew Von Kin said Hai-O would use about 6.8ha of the land to build new facilities, while the balance of 4.4ha would be leased back to Bata for handsome fees.
Hew said Bata would pay RM2.5 million a year for the first three years for the use of the land and existing and new buildings to be built on it.

The building should be ready by mid-2008 with the leaseback deal expected to start in May, he added.
Hew said if the company decided to go for a private placement, the amount would be up to 10 per cent of Hai-O's paid-up capital of some 82million shares.

Nevertheless, he said, the need was not pressing for now because of the company's strong cash flow.

"In the first six months, we had net operating cash of about RM20 million.Traditionally, our second half is stronger," Hew remarked.

Hai-O's net profit in the three months to July 31 2007 rose 103 per cent to RM7.1 million, or 10.5 sen a share, while revenue climbed 51 per cent to RM59.3 million.
For the year ended April 2007, the company made a pre-tax profit of RM15.13 million on the back of revenue of RM146.79 million.


New warehouse to contribute positively to Hai-O in 2009

KUALALUMPUR: Hai-O Enterprise Bhd expects positive contribution from its new warehouse in the year ending April 30, 2009, said group managing director Tan Kai Hee.

“We're investing RM5mil initially in the construction, which is anticipated to complete next year,” he said.

Hai-O has proposed to buy 28 acres inKlang from Bata (M) Sdn Bhd for RM45mil as part of its expansion. The company plans to use about 16.5 acres to build a new warehouse, which will give it an additional floor space of 100,000 sq feet, as well as new offices.

The remaining landbank, together withthe existing Bata buildings, would be leased back to Bata for a yearly rental of some RM2.5mil, which translated into an annual yield of 6%,Tan said after the signing of a land purchase agreement between Hai-O and Bata yesterday.

The leasing contract would be renewed every three years and up to nine years, he said. The proposed acquisition, to be funded internally, is expected to be completed in May.
Hai-O has a strong balance sheet with about RM50mil in its war chest. Tan said if the company needed more funds in the future, it would consider raising this through a private placement of up to 10% of its share capital.

Yesterday, the company's shares jumped 20 sen, or 6.5%, to RM3.26 following the sterling second quarter results it released on Tuesday.

In the first six months, net profit surged 88% to RM16.2mil against RM8.5mil in the same period a year earlier while sales rose to RM139.8mil from RM81.2mil before. EPS grew to 24.08 sen from 12.96 sen previously.

PETALING JAYA: Hai-O Enterprise Bhd is optimistic of turning in strong performance for the remaining quarters of the financial year ending Apr 30, 2008, according to chief financial officer Hew Von Kin.

“Our MLM (multi-level marketing)division is seeing on average 2,000 new members every month. This segment will continue to buoy earnings,” he told StarBiz.

On Tuesday, the main board listed company reported a sterling set of results for the second quarter ended Oct 31.

Net profit leaped 84% to RM9.1mil from RM4.9mil in the previous corresponding period in 2006 while revenue rose almost two-fold to RM80.5mil from RM41.9mil a year ago.

Earnings per share (EPS) improved to 13.55 sen from 7.55 sen previously.

For the first six months, net profitsurged 88% to RM16.2mil against RM8.5mil while sales rose to RM139.8milfrom RM81.2mil. EPS grew to 24.08 sen from 12.96 sen previously.

The MLM business contributed about 71% of total sales in the first half year. Hew said the retail operations were also picking up due to the opening of new outlets in Jusco Bukit Tinggi in Klang; Giant hypermarket Puchong and Carrefour Subang.

In the notes that accompanied the results, Hai-O said it was confident that it would achieve its internal target of RM200mil in turnover in two years.

The company has declared an interim dividend of 8% per share.

基本上每个人都有买入及卖出一只股的理由,一个value investor 会寻找被低估的股,哪怕是什么BIZ, 只要company 有以下几个point.

1. Management 好不好,有没有照顾小股东 (HAIO 有或没,我看每人都有自己的答案吧,我的是"有",因为他的dividend policy)。
2. 公司赚钱,而且每一季increase. (HAIO 在我的Research 里是有的,而且还是迅速的increase)
3 . 公司成长空间(HAIO 三、五年成长我想并问题,我之前有参与过蛮多的MLM(在于了解,并不加入),而且也了解MLM的模式.HAIO现在是刚开始,还会飞快成长 ).

基本上,假如HAIO转坏,我也会卖出HAIO
1. Over value, PE is > 17   OR
2. Change of dividend policy OR
3. MLM show some weaknesses and Management havent take some solution.  OR
4. Disposal of share by CEO .
