Description	IFCA MSC BERHAD ("IFCA" or "the COMPANY") - UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU")
We refer to the announcements dated 20 November 2020, 21 Aug 2020, 29 May 2020, 27 February 2020, 24 October 2019 and 22 October 2019 in relation to the MOU between IFCA and Huawei for the strategic partnership program to explore project initiatives in the areas of DevOps, Cloud Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Technology using Huawei Cloud Technologies. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. IFCA wishes to inform that IFCA and Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on 3 December 2020 entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) to collaborate in the areas of Market Strategy, knowledge sharing and jointly develop software solutions for property technology (“PropTech”) industry. The joint developed solutions shall be embedded with Huawei’s smart and innovative technologies including but not limited to Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (iOT), Machine to Machine (M2M), facial and/or voice recognition. It is the intent of the Parties that the MOU shall no longer subsist. IFCA wishes to highlight that the Agreement is now signed with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd instead of with Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. as mentioned in the MOU announcements previously. Please refer to attachment for further details of the Agreement. This announcement is dated 3 December 2020.

The Board of Directors of IFCA MSC Berhad ("IFCA" or "the Company") wishes to refer to the announcement made on the unaudited 4th quarter financial results ended 31 December 2019 (“4Q2019”) announced on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) on 27 February 2020 and the audited financial statements of for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (“AFS 2019”) announced on Bursa Malaysia on 29 May 2020. In compliance with Paragraph 9.19(36) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia, the Company wishes to announce that there is a deviation of 10.95% between the unaudited financial results announced on 27 February 2020 and its audited financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2019, in respect of the net profit after tax and non-controlling interest of the Company of RM5.957 million in the AFS 2019 as compared to RM6.689 million as announced in 4Q2019.
