我是第一次买屋,屋价228k(房屋已complete,入伙纸和钥匙都有了),在30/12时交付了订金3K拿了booking receipt,发展商有要求必须在5/1/2010前到发展商指定的律师楼拟定sale and purchase agreement,我在31/12时已向三家银行申请了贷款,但至少得等到一个星期才能得到通知是否批准。请问我应该先拟定S&P吗???还是等银行approve了才去???
