怎样RELOAD的？为何CLICK  TOP UP，没有出东西的？

以前的BIG  VISA  CARD， RELOAD 时，还会出几个银行的选择

跟reload step,很容易,在pop browser 有bank选择.

请大家帮帮忙，我已收到新的prepaid card 一个星期多了， 但是到现在还没有activate, 有谁可以告诉我要如何activate 这张卡，我打了很多次电话都没有人接听，寄了这几封email 给他们也没有回音，真不知道该如何是好，所以请大家告知要如何是好？谢了。

到https://www.bigprepaid.com/ 然后Member Log in,User Id和之前的Big ID一样，是你的Email，然后password就到你的mail box找找看，他们之前已经email给你了，如果没有就要call他们resend给你。Log in后就可以看到activate选项了。

我也是用这个方法activated，打了电话等五分钟，一步步教你activate了，浪费了我来来回回电话费RM10o(>﹏<)o

ACTIVE了，email写7天内才会Transfer 分数和钱。

请问你们的几天后才看到分数和钱在新卡？

谢谢你的分享，但我找了inbox 就是找不到这封12/12/14 ，所以一直打电话给他们，就是接不通，想问下你们是打哪一个号码？1300133388 是吗？email 给他们这么多封了，还没有回mail ，唉，真麻烦。

如早上六 ，七 点 ，通行无阻。

前六位数的新VISA卡 (469390) 相同前六位数的旧VISA卡？

我们还可以申请 VISA 卡？
