自从工地围起来后，没有踏进我家了~~~ 可以驾车进去？？？找机会试试看。。。但是你说已经锁起来了，那么到了门口也没什么用了~~~

哦，因为时常经过那里，所以就弯过去看看，然后发现可以直接驾车进去，懒得走路进去，也顺便看看我家unit周围。。。华人不喜欢灯柱对家大门，风水不好，影响气扬，所以过去看了之后放心不少。。。

请问在yellow horizon的朋友，外墙是褐色的unit之前developer卖多少钱？land area和build up是多大？谢谢。

The building works are almost completed. All service pipes have been laid. The final road works are now in progress. Landscaping works will be starting soon.

As such, we target to handover the houses with CCC (the Certificate of Compliance and Completion) by either the end of the 2Q or early 3Q, ahead of schedule. This target is of course subject to authority approvals, which sometimes can be beyond our control.

Note that our usual style is to handover with the CCC. A lot of developers follow the contract and deliver Vacant Possession first. VP is only the beginning of the process of getting authority approval for the CCC. With CCC, a purchaser is able to enter and occupy the premise or commence renovation works. With VP only, the purchaser cannot occupy nor commence renovation works pending issuance of the CCC.

Sorry my chinese language software got problem, can only type in English now. So, can anyone predict the date to receive KEYs? is it June or July??? isnt it a bit slow??? Only 2 3 month earlier then the deadline. Yellow and Brown was receiving like half year earlier than deadline isnt it??? hehehehe.... Bimbang... I want my house asap!!!!
