（吉隆坡9日讯）潮源利机构有限公司（TGL，9369，消费产品组）宣布，包括集团董事经理拿督杜炳河在内的3名高管将退休，11月26日生效。

今年79岁的杜炳河，是在担任掌舵人21年后退休。他自1994年8月9日就担任董事经理一职。

根据2014年报，他有57年的从业经验，并对服装行业有深入了解和专业知识。在他的远见和领导，该集团从小型家族企业发展成知名的进口商和批发商，并带领公司上市于大马交易所第二交易板。

杜炳河是潮源利机构的大股东，持有66.78%股权。

在另外的文告，该集团还宣布两名执行董事，即年届75的杜炳海与70岁的杜炳和退休。这两人是在1994年8月9日被任命为董事部成员，也是潮源利机构的大股东。

杜炳海为集团服务超过50年，负责监督业务发展和扩张。

杜炳和目前是潮源利（吉隆坡）私人有限公司的董事经理，负责管理和监督日常管理、企业策略规划和公司与子公司的业务。他在批发和零售业务有超过47年经验。

潮源利3000万多元化产品
增Cuddles婴儿服装店

（乔治市20日讯）潮源利（TGL，9369，主板消费产品股）明年将耗资约3000万令吉，扩展产品范围。

根据《星报》报道，潮源利董事经理杜荐冰（译音）表示，我们计划改善婴儿服装产品，及深耕不断增长的婴儿市场。

她说，Cuddles婴儿品牌在截至6月杪止财年，业绩表现亮眼，因此，计划增设婴儿服装分店。

“目前，婴儿领域收入约占公司营业额的20%。”

由于6月初是开斋节，她因而估计公司下半年的销售将有所好转。

首季净利挫88%

潮源利在截至9月杪首季，取得33万1000令吉净利，比上财年同季的280万令吉，按年大跌88.18%。

同季营业额则按年跌36.36%，从上财年的2640万令吉，减少至1680万令吉。

展望未来，由于加入新元素，公司看好2017年营业额。

至今，公司共有527间寄售分店和12间精品店。

杜荐冰说：“我们将继续与业务伙伴合作，并在战略地点开设新的寄售分店。”

（吉隆坡23日讯）潮源利（TGL，9369，主板消费产品股）以578万7000令吉，向Manda’rina私人有限公司收购位于吉隆坡的9个单位产业。

潮源利向交易所报备，独资子公司潮源利产业（吉隆坡）私人有限公司（简称TGLP），昨日与Manda’rina签署9项买卖协议，购买Riana South住宅发展项目下的9个单位产业，预计在48个月内完成收购。

该地段的土地租赁期限长达99年，截止于2106年11月25日。

Riana South涵盖两栋公寓楼，共536个住宅单位，预计2021年建竣。

潮源利指出，该收购单位位于蕉赖武吉曼达丽娜（Bukit Mandarina）的中心，将由TGLP进行，以出租赚取收入。

无论如何，这项收购对潮源利的长期投资正面，包括未来租金收入和资本增值。【e南洋】
