BUDI BICARA就是要看写第2张SAMAN的警察要不要给机会你。因为第一张SAMAN是在25分钟前写的。

就算你去appeal都没用。因为的确你真的有错。如果你要长时间放车在一个地方就必须找个合法的地方，而不是随便的就丢在一旁。
