不只是你,我也是受骗了。
我可是UOB的长期用户了,一年至少花上5位数的金额在他们的卡上。
去年年尾他们说可以替现有客户豁免RM50服务税,只要你把你的保险或ASTRO/电话/水电费用他们的卡来过帐就可以得到此优惠。
好的,我就把我的保险来用他们的卡来做定期过帐。然后,打电话去UOB说,要求豁免卡税,怎知他们也用同样的理由说我不在他们首6千位客户当中,所以不能享有此优待,就是说我必须自己还那RM50卡税。:@
然后不用紧,他还说可以用积分来代还,好的,我每年都用那么多钱应该可以还得到,怎知当我问还有多少积分时,他们却说因为我的卡是UOB ONE CARD所以是没有积分的,只有smart cash rebates而已,而且还是在特定的商店才有得兑现和换取rebates。:@
也就是,最后我还是要自己还那50元。顶它的!:@
立刻去取消了那张卡。觉得他们很没诚意,连马来银行都有诚意过他们。从此不再用新加坡银行了,全kiasu又贪钱。
我还email我的投诉给他们的银行高层,得到的回复也是够鸟的:
