宝敦芙蓉新城联营 建综合房产计划

（吉隆坡25日讯）宝敦（Bolton，1538，主板产业股）宣布透过联营合作，在森美兰芙蓉新城（Seremban2）打造集洋房、别墅、店屋和零售单位的综合发展计划。

宝敦发布文告宣布，独资子公司宝敦置地私人有限公司与Paramound Blossom私人有限公司（简称PBSB）签署股东合约，经营联营公司Gaya Arena私人有限公司。

Gaya Arena也与PBSB签署发展合约，以7500万令吉获得芙蓉新城2块土地发展权。

据了解，上述土地共有77.1英亩规模，并建有Rasah Kemayan高尔夫球场，以及一幢两层楼的俱乐部。

宝敦表示，芙蓉新城已是一座发展成熟的城镇，拥有良好基建与升值能力，发展潜能优越。[南洋商报财经]

（吉隆坡2日讯）配合首阶段转型计计划，宝敦（Bolton）正式易名新丰尼生活（Symlife，1538，主板产业股），整体转型活动预计今年底完成。

新丰尼生活执行主席丹斯里阿兹曼亚雅透过文告说：“我们的转变不仅在换名字、标志、品牌承诺或网站，我们也致力透过加强表现和更新对所有股东的承诺为公司打造新篇章。”

另外，文告也披露，公司与联马置地（UMLand）的50:50联营的Mayang Land首期发展正如期进行，预计今年7月推介。

（吉隆坡15日讯）新丰尼生活（Symlife，1538，主板产业股）宣布，独资子公司Symphony Estates与Euro Saga私人有限公司成立联营公司，将发展综合住宅和商业单位发展计划。

根据文告，双方成立的联营公司为Dexview私人有限公司，Symphony Estates将持有联营公司的50%加1股股权。

Euro Saga同时与吉兰丹州政府签署了一项发展协议，以在吉兰丹哥打巴鲁占地15英亩的4块土地发展。

发展资金将来自内部和银行借贷。

发展计划料不会对公司截至2014年3月31日的财政年带来任何显著贡献，不过，可为公司未来盈利作出贡献。
