(吉隆坡13日訊)友發控股(BERTAM,9814,主要板房產)子公司以總數4150萬令吉,購買一塊面積達2.75英畝的土地。
友發控股向馬證交所報備,旗下友發發展私人有限公司是在今日與DAMAIPURI房產私人有限公司簽署土地買賣協議,目的是為補充現有土地儲備,以確保持續性的收入貢獻。
根據報備文告,這塊土地位于亞庇路陽園附近,整個買賣協議料將在年底完成。
友發控股將在這塊土地建設樓高18層的住宅公寓,工程料將在明年動工,並能提振公司未來業績表現。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡13日讯)柏丹(BERTAM,9814,主板产业股)独资子公司柏丹发展有限公司,以总值4300万令吉,向Nadi Hasil大马收购3块占地近33.015英亩的地皮。
根据文告,该公司有意把这块地皮发展成2560个单位的一个马来西亚房屋计划公寓,或是1982个单位,没有电梯的公寓。
公司拟通过贷款和内部融资进行收购,预计明年首季完成。【南洋网财经】

柏丹董事变动

(吉隆坡16日讯)柏丹(BERTAM,9814,主板产业股)董事部出现变动,董事经理陈爱忠和主席吴清民(译音),昨天同时宣布辞职。
根据文告,陈爱忠和吴清民是以“个人和其他工作责任”为由,递上辞呈。
陈爱忠表示,将在明年4月14日正式卸下董事经理一职。
现年59岁的陈爱忠,是在2002年7月23日被委任进入董事部。而66岁的吴清民,则是在去年9月13日加入,同年12月20日被委任为独立非执行主席。
另外,非独立非执行董事邱慧玉,也以相同理由递上辞呈。值得注意的是,她也是柏年控股(BREM,8761,主板建筑股)董事经理拿督邱财加的女儿。
邱财加在7月已通过柏年控股,以总值8024万令吉全数脱售所持柏丹的股权。【南洋网财经】

明年亚庇推介3亿公寓 柏丹积极拓展沙巴房产

(八打灵26日讯)随着即将在沙巴推介首个房产计划,柏丹(BERTAM,9814,主板产业股)将更积极发展当地的房产业务。
柏丹新上任董事经理林玉火今天在特大后指出,公司计划在明年初,于亚庇的Luyang推介发展总值约3亿令吉的服务式公寓。
另外,公司也刚签订协议,于亚庇购入另一块面积达34英亩的地皮,计划建造可负担房屋。
他表示,随着上述计划展开,公司将更积极地涉足沙巴的房产领域。
“最近,政府投入更多资金发展沙巴,加上大多数的油气工业都驻足于该地,我相信沙巴的经济在未来将不断增长。”
除了即将推介的Luyang服务式公寓,公司在未来6个月内,也将在焦赖推介另一项服务式公寓计划,发展总值更高达10亿令吉。
瞄准巴生谷沙巴地库
“该计划耗时3至5年完工,预料将会是公司未来3至5年的主要净利贡献。”
林玉火说,目前公司属于零负债,在今日的特大,股东也通过脱售旗下位于柔佛的8块土地,这将为公司捎来6000万令吉的现金流动。
“公司也有两个位于三条石及哥打白沙罗的房屋计划即将竣工,这也将带进5000万令吉的营业贡献。”
他补充,虽然不是很显著的盈利贡献,但至少给予公司足够的流动现金以购买地皮。
林玉火表示,尽管公司现有的地皮库存不是很显著,但只要有适当的良机,未来不排斥收购更多地皮,而主要的收购地点,会着重在沙巴及巴生谷地带。【南洋网财经】 |

柏丹1500万全购MV产业

(吉隆坡9日讯)柏丹(BERTAM,9814,主板产业股)以1500万令吉,向Miramas发展私人有限公司收购旗下MV产业私人有限公司的剩余30%股权。
柏丹向马交所报备,原本通过独资子公司Syarikat Sungei Buan持有MV产业70%股权。
完成收购活动后,就可以100%拥有MV产业,全面控制该公司。
柏丹的收购价是根据MV产业现持有的2块土地估价,并将以内部资金完成收购。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡14日訊)柏丹(BERTAM,9814,主板產業組)董事經理林玉火增購該公司240萬股股票,使他在公司的股權持有增至1千953萬股或9.45%。
根據交易所資料顯示,林玉火是在4月9日透過場外交易及公開市場上買進這一批1.16%股權的股票,其中10萬股的買入價為每股73仙,其餘股權的買入價為72仙。
現年51歲的林玉火是沙巴商人,他在上個月從公開市場買進柏丹的1千200萬股或5.8%股權,成為該公司主要股權之一。他是在2014年10月中被委任為柏丹董事經理,同時是上市公司實值國際(PWORTH,7123,主板工業產品組)的創辦人兼董事經理。(星洲網)
