DKSH否認大股東私有化

（吉隆坡2日訊）在一陣私有化熱潮中，DKSH控股（DKSH，5908，主要板貿易）否認遭大股東私有化。

針對媒體消息報導，該公司今日向馬證交所報備，在諮詢董事局后，董事局和大股東都沒有私有化的計劃。

DKSH控股前身是利直南控股，一家由瑞士人控制，在大馬有百年歷史，主要業務為代客分銷和推廣產品，每年營業額近40億令吉，過去因管理不當，業績每況愈下。

公司大刀闊斧重組后，業績終有突破表現，截至去年9月30日累積3季營業額達32億1796萬2000令吉，淨利達3309萬3000令吉，每股派息4.5仙。

今天閉市時，DKSH控股收2.11令吉，下跌9仙，成交量78萬1400股。[ChinaPress]

利直南分销Kino Care

（吉隆坡3日讯）利直南（DKSH，5908，主板贸服股）与Kino Care（马）私人有限公司合作，为后者提供个人护理产品销售、物流和分销服务。

根据一项文告指出，两者达成协议，利直南将于本月在大马各个地区和销售管道协助Kino Care销售产品。

利直南被选为Kino Care的合作伙伴，主要是因为其综合和量身定做服务、信誉良好和广泛的个人护理市场网络。

利直南透过文告表示，印尼Kino Care最初是饮料、糖果和个人护理产品制造商，随后也入驻大马市场，其个人护理产品品牌包括Eskulin、B&B Kids和Master Kids。

利直南大马业务单位消费产品部执行董事廉天海（译音）指出：“这项合作可进一步巩固利直南在本地个人护理市场的领头位置，我们放眼这项合作将取得成功。”[Nanyang]

利直南分销美国咖啡茶

（吉隆坡30日讯）利直南（DKSH，5908，主板贸服股）与美国的咖啡与茶公司———The Coffee Bean&Tea Leaf签署协议，将协助后者销售与分销新产品。

根据文告，The Coffee Bean&Tea Leaf在我国拥有50间咖啡馆，利直南将协助销售与分销即饮咖啡、新鲜茶叶、即饮茶以及有汽茶等产品。

除了销售与分销产品，利直南也将为The Coffee Bean&Tea Leaf提供行销、采购以及物流服务。

利直南披露，上述协议将从今年11月1日起生效。

利直南消费品部全球主管桑奔说：“我们很高兴能够获得世界知名的咖啡与茶品牌，委任为他们首次踏足大众零售市场的市场扩充服务伙伴。”

利直南第3季派息7仙

（吉隆坡26日讯）截至9月30日止第三季，利直南（DKSH，5908，主板贸服股）取得1181万5000令吉净利，按年上扬12.86%。

现财年第三季营业额也按年增加9.61%，至11亿9643万7000令吉，上财年同期则报10亿9153万6000令吉。

同时，该公司的现财年第三季每股盈利也提高至7.49仙，上财年同期为6.64仙。

该公司指出，现财年第三季业绩取得改善，主要归功于内部业务增长，而现有客户则是推动其业务增长的催化剂。

“同时，消费者产品以及医疗保健产品业务的新客户，也为我们的业绩增长作出不少贡献。”

鉴于业绩表现标青，董事部建议，派发每股7仙中期股息。

现财年首三季方面，该公司的净利累积至3645万2000令吉，较上财年同期的3290万7000令吉，按年上涨10.77%；营业额则按年扬升9.90%至35亿3646万8000令吉，上财年同期则报32亿1796万2000令吉。

展望未来，该公司预计，可继续取得正面的表现。

大昌華嘉 無風大漲40仙

（吉隆坡17日訊）大昌華嘉（DKSH，5908，主要板貿易）今日再度在沒有特別企業消息帶動的情況下吹起陣陣漲風，盤中更一度高漲64仙至5.49令吉的新高水平，為今日十大上升股之首。

今早開市時，大昌華嘉僅微揚4仙至4.89令吉，但不久后股價開始衝刺，早盤股價一度飆升64仙或13%至5.49令吉，為多年來最高水平，惟休市時漲幅大幅收窄至37仙，掛5.22令吉，成交量22萬600股。

該股午盤重新振作，股價緩步走揚，閉市時漲40仙，掛5.25令吉，成交量46萬700股。

該公司前身為利直南控股，是一家由瑞士人控制，在大馬有百年歷史的公司，主要業務為代客分銷和推廣產品，過去因管理不當，業績每況愈下，公司大刀闊斧重組后，業績才有突破表現。
