BLD種植漲進上升股榜

（吉隆坡17日訊）東馬油棕業者BLD種植（BLDPLNT，5069，主要板種植）積極擴展下游業務，力保永續成長獲看好，該股今日漲進十大上升股榜。

今早開市時，BLD種植即漲17仙至8.70令吉水平，不過盤中走勢淡，休市以3萬9800股維持開市水平，午盤雖有交易，不過股價無變動，閉市時保持8.70令吉，在其他股項未有大漲幅情況下，成為十大上升股之一，成交量僅8萬5800股。

該公司執行主席拿督劉利康曾透露，會生產更多油棕產品，確保未來盈利成長，不過種植業成長仍受勞工及原棕油價格影響，為免過度依賴影響業績表現，公司將繼續力求業務多元化。

截至2013財年，BLD種植共有約2萬7300公頃已種植土地，93%已屆成熟，上財年共產37萬7000公噸鮮果串，產量按年增2.4%。【中国报财经】

开发剩余泥炭地皮 BLD种植2年投资2.8亿

（古晋19日讯）BLD种植（BLDPLNT，5069，主板种植股）两年内，将投资2.1亿至2.8亿令吉，开发剩余的1万4000公顷泥炭地皮。

BLD种植主席拿督刘利康，昨天在股东大会结束后对媒体表示，每公顷栽种油棕树的成本，料介于1万5000至2万令吉。

“为了栽种新油棕树，我们已开始清理园地。”

刘利康续称，只有一半地库已种油棕树。

目前，BLD种植在诗巫及美里，共有2万8000公顷的油棕园，其中6000公顷是泥炭土。

“我们有超过80%的油棕树已成熟。”

他说，由于过去两年原棕油市场疲弱，故公司放缓栽种步伐。

要产油脂化学品

BLD种植的两家炼油厂，共可产出12万5000公吨的原棕油。

“我们正放眼生产油脂化学品。对此，我们需要透彻的研究，估计得耗上更长的时间。”

目前，BLD种植旗下Kirana棕油提炼的产品，包括精炼、漂白和除臭棕油、棕油硬脂、棕油仁等，主要出口至中国及印度。

刘利康补充，虽然美元走强可使出口导向企业受惠，但公司仍面临营运成本高涨的难题，如最低薪金制及消费税。

去年，该公司共卖出66万9000公吨的棕油产品。【南洋网财经】

BLD种植1.5亿购砂棕油公司

（吉隆坡15日讯）BLD种植（BLDPLNT，5069，主板种植股）宣布，与4位卖家签署股权买卖协议，以总值1亿5522万令吉，收购Pekan Semangat私人有限公司股权。

该公司发文告指出，Pekan Semangat私人有限公司持有Agrogreen创投的70%股权，而后者在砂拉越古晋从事棕油种植业务，持有5442公顷土地，已经栽种面积不超过5000公顷，树龄约1至5年。

BLD种植將可以通过这项收购，持有Agrogreen创投及旗下种植地的控制性股权。

文告也指出，上述收购价將以內部资金和借贷支付，惟比例尚未决定，预期负债水平在完成收购后將提高。

该收购计划料为公司未来盈利带来正面贡献，並预期增加公司地库面积，让BLD种植成为大马棕油种植业主要业者之一。

BLD种植计划投资新棕油厂

（古晋16日讯）BLD种植有限公司执行主席拿督刘利康指出，BLD公司確有计划投资於新的棕油厂，惟前提是任何新投资需谨慎进行。

他表示，现阶段暂时没有新的投资项目。

对於BLD种植於第一季度取得良好业绩，他表示主要胥视市场价格的变化，惟还有其他因素影响整体业绩，例如气候及生產等。

在拥有良好交易的前提下，他不排除展开收购计划。他相信，公司之前宣布收购Pekan Semangat私人有限公司股权的决定是好的投资，否则公司也不会去展开收购计划。

他今早在BLD种植有限公司第14届股东大会后，向媒体发表上述谈话。

BLD种植於3月期间发表文告指出，与4位卖家签署股权买卖协议，以总值1亿5522万令吉收购Pekan Semangat私人有限公司。
