筹355万拓展业务 潮流媒介私下配售

（吉隆坡12日讯）潮流媒介（OMEDIA，0018，创业板）建议私下配售3558万1600股新普通股，每股面值10仙，相等于缴足股本的20%。

截至今日9月10日，该公司的缴足股本为1779万800令吉，包括1亿7790万8000股。

根据文告，该公司董事部将在私下配售建议获得相关机构批准后，才决定私下配售新股的发售价。

该公司指出，发售价将不会比5天加权平均市价折价超过10%，该股在截至今年9月10日的5天加权平均市价为8仙。

根据每股10仙参阅价，该公司预计可筹集355万8160令吉，并打算用来成立移动应用工作室、购买虚拟化软件资源代码、充当潮流媒介与子公司的营运资本，以及作为私下配售活动的开支。[南洋网财经]

寻新业务减低成本 潮流媒介冀摆脱亏损

（吉隆坡30日讯）潮流媒介（OMEDIA，0018，创业板）冀望通过寻觅新业务及减低成本，摆脱数年来蒙亏的窘境。

潮流媒介执行主席刘建辉，今天在股东大会后，接受《南洋商报》访问时称，公司的亏损主要归咎于表现欠佳的传统业务及较高的成本。

无论如何，随着营业额扩大，加上亏损逐渐收窄的趋势，他相信2014财政年的表现将有所改善。

“我们正放眼寻觅可获利的新业务，基本上将锁定与消费者相关的资讯科技（IT）业务。”

投资手机程序

该公司早前宣布进行私下配售活动，筹资约355万令吉。

刘建辉表示，该笔资金将投入在手机应用程序（Mobile Apps）业务的发展。

“知识产权是重要的。我相信研发部门将会研发出新产品，为公司带来正面贡献。”

潮流媒介目前尚未就新业务与任何一方进行洽谈。惟刘建辉披露，在未来的12至24个月内，公司的发展情况将会出现显著的进展。

至于海外业务，除了原有的新加坡市场，他也对其余的东南亚市场感兴趣，目标锁定在与核心业务相关的业务。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡11日讯）潮流媒介（OMEDIA，0018，创业板）大股东彭保镇（译音）透过公开市场，以229万令吉或每股12仙，悉数脱售手上10.75%股权。

潮流媒介今日在马交所股权变动文告显示，彭保镇将手上的1912万2550股或占缴足资本10.75%股权悉数脱售，每股成交价为12仙，因而不再是大股东。
