PROFIT WARNING FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2014
Otto Marine Limited (the "Company") wishes to issue a profit warning regarding the financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) for the first quarter ended 31 March 2014 (“1Q 2014”).
The Group is expected to report a loss for 1Q 2014 primarily due to lower utilization resulting from the docking of several vessels for survey as required by class rules on a periodic basis over a 5 year cycle and the re-position and mobilization of some other vessels.

（新加坡26日讯）新加坡上市公司遨拓海事（Otto Marine）的债权人，正寻求将它在澳洲的两家子公司清盘，并向遨拓海事索求78万7204澳元（247.97亿令吉）债务偿还。
遨拓海事今早发布文告说，债权人已向澳洲西部高庭申请将Go Inshore和Go Marine这两家公司清盘。相关清盘申请的聆讯，定在11月8日审理。
遨拓海事也表示，Go Marine正寻求法律咨询，计划解决这项债务纠纷。
因海事领域的疲弱走势，遨拓海事近期面对一些债务人展开法律程序追讨债务。
该公司上周也表示，它已获大股东提出收购和除牌献议，并在适当时候公布除牌日期。 |
