康地威末季净利扬65%

(吉隆坡21日讯)房产发展业务销售佳,带动康地威(CVIEW,5049,主板产业股)2013财年末季(截至11月30日止)净利扬65.2%,至2210万5000令吉;营业额扩大39.7%,报7910万6000令吉。
全年而言,该公司净利激增104.6%,达7779万4000令吉;营业额则涨42.8%,至2亿7294万令吉。
康地威通过文告表示,营业额和税前盈利表现主要归功于房产发展业务的销售。展望未来,业务将持续由Taman Nusa Sentral的房产项目所主导。
惟鉴于打房措施的推行、金融机构更严谨的借贷条款,及中国发展商参与依斯干达区(Iskandar)发展所带来的竞争,康地威表示谨慎看待2014财年的前景。[南洋网财经]

高派息值得關注 康地威一度漲25仙

(吉隆坡22日訊)康地威(CVIEW,5049,主要板房產)取得較高淨利表現,同時建議派發股息,帶動股價一度上漲8%。
休市時,康地威報3.33令吉,起8仙,有17萬7700股易手。該股早盤一度漲25仙,並上探3.50令吉。對比該公司最新淨賬面價值(book value)為2.35令吉。
不過閉市時,康地威收窄漲幅掛3.28令吉,起3仙,成交量為29萬1300股。
JF APEX證券研究報告點出:“康地威值得關注,因末季取得亮眼表現且建議派發每股7仙股息。”
技術面而言,肯納格證券研究將康地威即時扶持水平設在3.04令吉,阻力水平為3.26令吉。
康地威公佈全年淨利從3800萬令吉,增至7780萬令吉;營業額亦從1億9120萬令吉,升至2億7290萬令吉。加上建議派發7仙股息,該公司全年共派出27仙股息。
以3.33令吉為計算基礎,全年股息相等于8%周息率。

基于售价走高,加上正处施工后期阶段的Taman Nusa Sentral住宅产业和三层店屋土著单位开放(bumi-release units)销售,推动盈利上扬。

但受房產業務銷售單位減少拖累,次季營業額按年跌32%至4687萬令吉。

(吉隆坡22日訊)房屋銷量減少,導致康地威(CVIEW,5049,主要板房產)截至8月底第3季營業額和淨利按年下跌32%和17%,每股派息也從10仙跌至7仙。
康地威向馬證交所報備,第3季營業額按年下挫32%至4151萬6000令吉,淨利下滑17%至1617萬1000令吉,本財年首9個月,營業額滑落23%至1億4978萬令吉,但淨利則微揚8%至6040萬9000令吉。
報備文件指出,首9個月獲利增是因為坐落在努沙中環花園的住宅房屋和三層店屋售價比較高。
隨著政府早前落實各種打房措施,加上國行最近調高隔夜官方利率至3.25%,康地威謹慎看待全財年業績表現,但認為未來營業額和淨利成長將由努沙中環花園的房產銷量支撐。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡27日訊)受產業進賬速度和銷售雙雙放緩影響,康地威(CVIEW,5049,主板產業組)截至2014年11月30日止第四季淨利按年猛跌54.68%至1千零1萬8千令吉,拖累全年淨利由升轉跌,按年挫9.47%至7千零42萬7千令吉。
此外,第四季營業額亦重挫55.45%至3千523萬8千令吉,全年營業額則報1億8千501萬8千令吉,按年跌32.21%至2億7千294萬令吉。
派息7仙
不過,儘管淨利下跌,康地威仍建議派發每股7仙的終期股息,使全年派息額增至35仙。
該公司董事部在文告中說,營業額和盈利雙雙走低,主要因產業單位銷量減少,及產業發展進賬進度放緩。
“由於各項利空如房市冷卻措施、嚴謹放貸指南、同業競爭和市場情緒疲弱等,集團謹慎看待2015財政年展望,預見營業額和盈利將來自Nusa Sentral花園的住宅產業、三樓店屋和服務公寓,集團也計劃來年在吉打推介工業單位。”(星洲日報/財經)
