配合PLENITUDE收購 諾瑪德18日起停牌

（吉隆坡2日訊）PLENITUDE（PLENITU，5075，主要板房產）上週五（29日）提出以每股1.25令吉，無條件收購諾瑪德（NOMAD，8508，主要板貿服）后，后者將于本月18日起暫停交易。

諾瑪德在報備文件指出，公司根據主要板上市條例16.02（3）向馬證交所申請停牌獲准，于本月18日早上9點起開始停牌。

在這項收購計劃下，PLENITUDE將發行1億1155萬新股，每股2.50令吉，諾瑪德股東每持有2股即可獲得PLENITUDE 1新股。

完成收購后，PLENITUDE無意維持諾瑪德上市地位。

PLENITUDE早前向馬證交所報備，公司已在上週五（29日）持有諾瑪德超過90%股權。

諾瑪德今日閉市時跌4仙至1令吉，成交量達5200股；PLENITUDE報平盤2.10令吉，成交量達3萬7600股。【中国报财经】
