The Board of Directors of Privasia Technology Berhad ("PTB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 17th December 2014 invested an additional 120,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Privagen Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Liberty Mining Sdn. Bhd.) ["PRIVAGEN"], representing 59.9995% of the enlarged issued and fully paid up share capital in PRIVAGEN at a total consideration of RM120,000.00. ["Investment"] Consequently, the Company had diluted its equity interest in PRIVAGEN from 100% to 60% of the fully paid up share capital in PRIVAGEN and PRIVAGEN become the subsidiary company of the Company. The remaining 40% of the equity interest were acquired and held by a BVI business company, known as Mettiz Capital Limited. The Investment will be financed through internally generated funds. The Investment is not expected to have any material effect on the share capital, major shareholding, earnings, net assets and gearings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2014. This announcement is dated 17th December 2014.

答：
PRIVA科技主要3大業務領域，包括資訊科技（IT）、資訊及通訊科技（ICT）及衛星基礎的網絡服務（SAT）。同時，也涉足外包及諮詢及電子採購等領域。

談到該公司的業務前景時，該公司在宣佈其第三季業績時表示，該公司將會積極地推動現有業務的成長，這包括已獲得各項長期合約，如來自大馬調查及繪圖局、關丹港口等的合約。
手握1.59億訂單

若是包括持續中的外包業務訂單在內，該公司所持有的訂單總額，達到1億5千930萬令吉，足以使公司忙碌至2020年。

該公司旗下的PRIVANET也轉虧為盈，主要是它專注在利基領域，例如大馬及區域（特別是印尼）的資訊通訊及傳播等領域。

該公司對未來業務展望持樂觀態度。

（2）該公司的最新業績，截至2014年9月30日為止第3季，該公司的淨利增加至103萬3千令吉（每股淨利為0.18仙），前期淨利為76萬9千令吉（每股淨利為0.13仙）。同期的營業額為1千786萬4千令吉，前期為1千395萬4千令吉。

首9個月，該公司淨利為330萬令吉（每股淨利為0.57仙），前期淨利為391萬2千令吉（每股淨利為0.70仙）。首9個月營業額為4千532萬2千令吉，比較前期為4千334萬令吉。

a) priva 于 11-3-2014 的 t+3 没有套利.
b)前一天(10-3-2014)接收交易所 uma.
c)前一天美国股市 下降 330点.
可是公司依然上升 1分,
收市報 rm0.295 ,
当天最低rm0.275,最高rm0.305
为何股价不跌反升,原因--
a)纯属抄家作为.
b)公司有望取得新的合约订单.
c)成长与净利下来向好.
d)有机构投资買进股份.
总结,顺势而行,市场资金己流向創业板块,调整投资组合,求得更好的回酬.
估计5月Q1的eps有rm0.006 ,2015全年 eps=rm0.024 ,創业板之其他科技股pe=20～30 倍 ,
故priva 的pe=20~30 ,股价=rm 0.48~0.72 ,公司基本面好,cash and loan is rm 10.04 million ,
且年年派息,今年6月理应有每股rm0.003(1000股给3元),个人估计达標机会大,買进且持有是良策,

PRIVA - PRIVA是Net cash的公司值得注意，之前PRIVA的股价被大市拖累所以波动很大直到最近股价才成功破位而走上来了,
上个星期所公布业绩非常亮丽， 营业额和盈利都已经创了历史新高而公司的盈利也刚刚符合了Ace market转板的条例，
从季度报告里得知公司的订单将会保持稳定至2020年所以暗示了盈利的保障，
再来单季度业绩也跃升进所有创业板公司净利的Top 10之一。技术走势：股价出现回抽确认，成功突破8年以来以来新高。
PRIVA和IFCAMSC的共同点是当时业绩刚开始爆发的幅度，股价和票数都差不多一样，
然后业绩爆发的起点时也是破单季度新高然后股价很快就翻了一倍。
所得出结论是只要创业板的股票里出现单季度业绩大幅跃升就会直接刺激股价爆发而且符合转主板条件的就更加值得关注，
前提是公司盈利和净利必须一致以及确保稳定性。
额外补充Ace market 转主板的条件：
1)三到五年总税后利润至少要RM 20 million 和最近财政年度的税后利润至少RM 6 million。(完)

（吉隆坡29日讯）Privasia科技（PRIVA，0123，创业板）投入300万令吉，在赛城打造卫星枢纽，以吸引更多石油和天然气客户。

根据文告，这笔资金由Privasia科技旗下独资子公司IPSAT私人有限公司投入。

Privasia科技总执行长普瓦日三于文告中表示，这项工程将于今年中完工，因此对今年公司前景感到乐观。

拟进军电讯领域

“这座卫星枢纽，可帮助公司拓宽服务领域，同时也给予公司在东南亚区域寻求发展潜力的机会。”

他也指出，Privasia科技有意进军国内电讯领域，提供工程技术服务给移动电讯商。

Privasia科技截至3月杪，首季净利跌7.5%至125万4000令吉，或相等于每股盈利0.22仙，上财年同期为135万6000令吉，或0.24仙。

根据文告，由于公司拓展卫星业务，导致净利下滑。

普瓦日三表示，这项投资可带动公司业务成长。

当季营业额上涨54.9%，从上财年同期1374万令吉，扬升至2128万4000令吉。

营业额上涨，主要归功于外包与咨询业务、ICT服务与分销业务的强劲销售。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡19日讯）资讯通讯科技（ICT）外包和咨询公司Privasia科技（PRIVA，0123，创业板），已准备好借通过赛城的新卫星中心，抓紧东南亚的商机。

Privasia科技总执行长普瓦日三昨天在文告中指出，除了现有的KU波段单通路（Ku-Band），子公司IPSAT已将C-Band卫星服务概括在旗下的服务范围内。

C-Band一般上是用在长距离的无线电信，即使天气欠佳，也能发挥最佳状态；而Ku-Band，则主要用在固定和广播服务。

随着卫星基础服务范围扩大，公司现在可更积极地在各种不同的领域中，寻求新客户，包括油气、海事、酒店、旅游及保安领域。

“通过C-Band，我们可为油气企业提供可行的解决方案，让公司与通讯范围外的岸外钻井或船舰联系。”

普瓦日三预见，新的卫星中心可捎来更多潜在增长，因公司已有能力为全东南亚服务，有信心这可提振未来前景。

2014财年，IPSAT共为Privasia科技贡献1120万令吉，或15%的营业额。

当初，IPSAT约投入了300万令吉，设立卫星中心。
