（吉隆坡19日讯）工业气体制造商BIG Industries Bhd计划通过向第三方投资者配售新股，以筹措高达202万令吉的资金，旨在筹措额外资金并提高股票流通性，而第三方投资者将在日后确定。

BIG Industries今日向大马交易所报备，该集团将私下配售高达481万股新股，或相等于已发行股本的10%，惟发行价将于日后敲定。

截至6月30日止，BIG Industries拥有4809万令吉的股本，包含4809万股。

该集团表示，每批的新股发行价将根据定价日之前的5天成交量加权平均价（VWAMP），折价不超过10%。

为了方便说明，BIG Industries截至6月30日止的5天VWAMP为每股45.9仙。

“参阅发行价为每股42仙，比BIG Industries的5天VWAMP折价幅度不超过10%。”

若毫无意外及在获得相关批准的情况下，该集团预计，将在截至2018年6月30日止的财政年首季完成这项私配活动。

The Proposed Private Placement will be undertaken in accordance with the general mandate under Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) (currently Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act, 2016), the approval of which had been obtained from the shareholders of the Company at its last annual general meeting (“AGM”) convened on 29 November 2016 (“General Mandate”).
