| Further to the announcement made on 29 December 2015, the Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad (“PJBumi” or “the Company”) wishes to clarify on the following :-

The estimated potential liability to the PJBumi Group arising from the Litigation The potential liability to PJBumi group arising from the claim is estimated at RM851,550.00 which consist of the principal sum, accrued dividend and interest of RM409,547.00, RM181,736.00 and RM260,267.00 respectively.
2. Whether PJBumi Services Sdn. Bhd. is a major subsidiary PJBumi Services Sdn Bhd (“PJBS”) is not a major subsidiary of PJBumi. The total cost of investment by PJBumi in PJBS is RM1.5 million.
3. The financial and operational impact to the PJBumi group The financial impact to the PJBumi group will be an estimated loss of RM851,550.00, should this claim be payable. The Company does not foresee any operational impact to the Group since the Company will negotiate with the plaintiff on monthly settlement proposal.

再也布米建設400萬售地
2016年1月07日
(吉隆坡7日訊)再也布米建設(PJBUMI,7163,主要板貿服)宣布以400萬令吉,將旗下一塊土地售予Northern Jewel私人有限公司。
該公司向馬證交所報備,脫售土地預計可取得17萬8000令吉收益,將改善每股盈利表現。
同時,再也布米建設會將售地所得資金,用以償還貸款、支付稅款以及償還債權人款項,有助降低貸款數額。該公司也相信可以市場資產的即時價值,因目前未對公司作出任何收入貢獻。
該公司相信可在6個月內,完成售地交易。【中国报财经】

料可转亏为盈‧JAYA建筑下半年有好消息
JAYA建筑(PJBUMI,7163,主板贸服组)乐观看待前景,预计今年可转亏为盈,并暗示下半年将会公布大好消息。
JAYA建筑董事经理阿德林沙哈鲁丁向《投资致富》表示:“我们的重组计划已接近尾声,下半年就会公布非常振奋人心的计划。”
在问及明确的策略时,阿德林表示:“我们是家建筑公司,新合约理所当然是我们的命脉。”
阿德林说,接下来JAYA建筑将争取私有项目。
“虽然我们也有在竞标政府计划,但这些计划僧多粥少,竞争过于剧烈,胜出的几率太小。”
阿德林指出,订单而言,目前有一项总值4千万令吉的海事项目,其他合约必须等到客户获得资金后才能敲定。
根据大马交易所文告,JAYA建筑在去年5月18获得一项总值4千446万令吉合约,为快艇工业公司制造3艘护航拖船,而合约期限为14个月,今年7月将进入尾声。
该公司拥有3个主要业务,分别是工程及建筑(E&C)、制造业(CM)及工业服务(IS);目前,制造业仍在亏损。
JAYA建筑集团首席执行员莫哈末纳西尔表示,公司的转型计划已进入尾声,所拖欠的债务已几乎还清,接下来将会是全新的开始。
在2013年时,前大股东PIC公司(PICORP,7201,主板贸服组)卖清JAYA建筑股权,新大股东上任后,才重新委任目前的董事部成员;JAYA建筑目前的大股东为EMEF科技私人有限公司,持30.34%股权。
根据JAYA建筑年报,该公司目前背负869万8千令吉债务。
对于该公司与雇员公积金局之间的官司,阿德林表示,已委任律师处理。
“我们忽然接获公积金局的律师信,表示我们仍拖欠他们4千多万令吉,但无论是在前稽查师或公司的账目中都没有这笔账款,因此我们选择通过法律途径解决。”
该公司估计上述官司仅涉及85万1千550令吉款额,包括公积金局控告该公司拖欠40万9千547令吉本金、18万1千736令吉红利及26万零267令吉利息。

JAYA建筑1600万购Goldix资源70%
(吉隆坡11日讯)JAYA建筑(PJBUMI,7163,主板贸服组)宣布以1600万令吉代价收购Goldix资源有限公司的70%股权,及以10送1比例派送凭单予股东。

该公司文告指出,上述收购行动,该公司将以发行3200万股新普通股、以及1000万单位凭单支付。该公司也以10送1比例派送500万单位凭单予股东。
文告指出,Goldix资源有限公司主要是家投资控股公司,后者在2016年10月7日签署一项合约,预期在2017年首季开始启动森美兰州占布的一块165英亩土地发展一项综合产业计划,前后为期3年,工程计划价值约为9830万令吉。预料它可加强公司现有的建筑业务。

再也布米建設1300萬售地
2016年11月29日
(吉隆坡29日訊)再也布米建設(PJBUMI,7163,主要板貿服)建議以1300萬令吉脫售土地。
再也布米建設向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司PJBumi Composites私人有限公司,建議將位于吉打的土地和廠房,脫售給YT Capital私人有限公司,售價為1300萬令吉。
根據報備文件,再也布米建設計劃通過售地所取得的資金,用作償還貸款,以及作為營運資本。【中国报财经】

重组业务.JAYA建筑前景亮眼
(雪兰莪.沙亚南3日讯)JAYA建筑(PJBUMI,7163,主板贸服组)预计在连串重组与策略活动下,新的财政年卯足全劲转亏为盈,前景更为亮丽。
1600万购GOLDIX 70%
10送1凭单
集团董事经理阿德林说,该公司以1600万令吉收购GOLDIX资源有限公司70%股权,这项收购提供9800万令吉建筑订单契机,同时所获剩余地段料可释放3亿令吉发展值。
他今日在股东特大后对《星洲财经》说,上述工程包括在森州知知港附近垦殖区为联邦土地发展局投资机构建500单位房屋工程,也包括区域总部、消闲、商业与运动休闲区。
他说,预计244英亩地段中使用约80英亩,其余地段将用作以后发展用途。
“这项收购将于本月完成,希望在下半年(7月)开始工程的进展。”
上述收购料透过发3200万每股50仙新股偿付,同时派发其1000万只免费凭单给Panama Venture、Tanjung Setara、Veto Growth有限公司等三造。同时,也以10配1凭单方式,送凭单回馈股东。
他指出,任何公司是挑战是获工程,控制GOLDIX公司后,将颁发工程给JAYA建筑子公司。
拟转型发展商
他表示,未来也将转型为发展商,时间则看准备程度。
他说,该公司同时进行的脱售吉打州土地所获1300万令吉,是积极解决接受后4年的陈年问题;要用于摊还多年达600万令吉贷款,余者用作计划的营运资本。
他表示,在落实上述计划后该公司谨慎乐观执行长远策略,截至2016年12月杪第四季转亏为盈,全年亏损已收窄,将继续努力令全年转亏为盈,未来有计划发股息。
他说,该公司核心业务包括合金制造业、排污、废水处理等,正探讨印尼等国契机。
