末诺纳威受委联营快车主席

现年61岁的末诺纳威，曾在政府部门服务逾30年，接着在2012年出任财政部副秘书长，直到2015年6月退休。

他接着在同年10月，担任大马进出口银行（EXIM Bank）主席。

传联营快车组装商用车

（吉隆坡27日讯）传联营快车（KBES，5079，主板贸服股）将与中国北汽福田（Beiqi Foton）汽车公司签署协议，为后者在国内及区域市场组装商用车。

《The Edge》引述消息人士指，联营快车独资子公司Super Coach组装厂有限公司将会负责组装及制造巴士车身，且提供相关维修服务给北汽福田。

消息人士指，双方的洽谈已到最后阶段，可能会在未来数日签署协议。

“假设联营快车取得该项交易，很可能会带来很大的改变。双方仍在洽谈中，大部分主要问题已解决。”

对联营快车而言，能够组装商用车给区域市场，是一件很大的交易，将会影响净利表现。

不过，也有可能需要注入资本。

北汽福田是全球领先电动车生产商北京汽车控股（BAIC）的子公司。

一直以来，联营快车都在寻找中国合作伙伴。

之前，曾经与中国上海汽车集团（Saic Motor Corporation，简称上汽集团）洽谈，替该公司组装和分销商用汽车。

联营快车独家经销
中国北汽福田产品

2016年9月4日
（吉隆坡3日讯）联营快车（KBES，5079，主板贸服股）宣布，与中国北汽福田（Beiqi Foton）汽车公司签署经销协议，销售后者的产品、组装长途汽车和巴士的车身，以及提供相关维修服务。

根据文告，独资子公司Santero私人有限公司，受委为北汽福田的独家经销商，把后者的产品，如柴油或天然气驱动巴士及长途汽车，包括零件，直接销售给最终客户，或销售给大马授权的批发商或是零售商。

Santero担任北汽福田独家经销商的期限为40个月，从今年9月1日开始，至2019年12月31日，并拥有延长24个月的选择权。

此外根据协议，联营快车另一家独资子公司Super Coach组装厂有限公司，也将会组装及生产长途汽车及巴士的车身，还有提供相关维修服务给北汽福田。

联营快车指，与北汽福田签署的协议，让集团能够通过产品开发及更高的市场渗透率，而推动营业额增长。

巴士出口印尼

这符合集团为商用车进行组装和经销的计划，也有助提高在国内交通工具领域的市占率。

此外，联营快车也探讨把大马打造成东盟市场中心，特别是出口北汽福田的巴士至印尼。

同时，集团也会借着北汽福田在电动交通工具的技术，在国内及区域市场发展电动巴士。

联营快车表示，将会把位于甘文丁厂房，转型为全面组装北汽福田产品，促进转移技术及发展本土化计划，这将有利于国内汽车领域。

（吉隆坡2日讯）联营快车（KBES，5079，主板贸服股）与中国北汽福田汽车股份有限公司，签署KD合作协议，成为“福田”品牌巴士的独家组装商，为期3年。

该公司日前向交易所报备，独资子公司Super Coach Assembly Plant私人有限公司（SCAP），将组装“福田”品牌巴士，并直接销售给大马的最终客户，或销售给授权批发商或零售商。

SCAP也会为北汽福田提供相关维修服务。

联营快车提升巴士制造比重至80%．积极拓展泰印

（雪兰莪．沙亚南24日讯）联营快车（KBES,5079,主板贸服组）计划在3年内把80%业务放在巴士制造业务上，并与中国伙伴积极在泰国、印尼探讨并购与扩展业务契机。

该公司董事经理拿督仄阿兹祖丁预计在3年内，可达致巴士制造业务占业务80%的目标，另外20%将是巴士载客业务。

他今日在股东大会后披露，公司将与中国伙伴携手探讨扩展东盟业务，包括在泰国与印尼，可能透过并购扩展业务。

他举例说，去年其20%或3000万令吉来自巴士营运营收，预计调整这个策略后，公司今年将从上财政年亏损逐步改善。

该公司子公司Super Coach组装有限公司，也获北汽福田委任巴士组装厂，将利用太平甘文丁组装设施组装巴士与电动巴士。

Santero为中国北汽福田独家经销商

另一旗下独资子公司Santero私人有限公司，于2016年8月获得中国北汽福田（Beiqi Futon）委为独家经销商。

他说，在巴士销售与经销业务上，该公司探讨东盟市场新契机，会把泰国与印尼放在名单内。

“受委独家经销商后，我们负责进口、经销、零售与为北汽福田提供售后服务，预计将为营业额作积极贡献。”

他说，联营快车也将在中国北汽福田的支援下，持续开发新市场契机。

他表示将扩展销售与服务网，覆盖全马各大城市和东南亚，以提供更佳服务。

他说，预计今年将供应100辆组装和整装进口巴士予客户，接下来每年将供应300至400辆之巴士，预料价格将具竞争性。

他指出，北汽福田以产量号称全球第一，巴士素质与可靠性佳，供应欧美乃至全球市场。该公司经销除提供技术、配备外，也包括融资终端客户。

他说，公司一年内也会购入150辆巴士，今年第三季先在布城试验推行电动巴土计划，接下来在浮罗交怡运行。

他披露，已上市达15年的巴士运输公司，接下来将进行品牌重塑与改善电子购票机制，以让搭客有更佳体验，这个程序将于2018年完成。

他说，目前正与谘询公司合作，以便透过微信购买巴士票与付款，在扫描条码后便可登巴士和了解所有详情。

他披露，这个过程大约2018年完成，将与北汽福田控制中心合作，以让系统完善化。

他也预计国内巴士运输业未来一年将进行巩固与并购，唯有具一定规模才能更有效益营运。
